Normally I like this pharmacy, but it’s one that is not closest to me. I was asked for my ID and I use the FL official DMV app for my ID that is accepted by law enforcement and has been accepted in the past by this pharmacy and all of a sudden is not accepting it. Inconsistency is a key thing for me. I’ve had issues in the past of medications not being available and other things, but when I’m not feeling well and need medication that becomes the straw. Hope other have better luck. I’ll be changing pharmacies.

Kevin, the pharmacy manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I had called earlier to update the insurance information and had a few questions about a new Rx we were prescribed for one of our children. He was attentive, patient and informative with all of his answers. I actually turned to my wife after speaking with him to say how pleasant the call was. When picking up later he remembered me and out conversation and then answered a few additional questions I had and made sure I was comfortable measuring out the odd dosage prescribed.
Convenient pharmacy location and often not much of a wait and quick to fill as well.

Given how Lake Mary has so many Publix supermarkets, this location is my favorite. The customer service area is newer and I always seem to catch friendly employees. The products are usually in stock and the display items are nicely presented. This location also has a Starbucks inside in case you want to sip and stroll. I also like how this Publix is a little bigger than the other ones in the area. It makes me feel like it's a Super Publix :) Definitely will come back and recommend to anyone.

One of the best grocery stores in the area, with a good selection of most things you'd need for weekly groceries. Easy to shop there and find what you need. Wide aisles and shiny floors make it easy to see products.The meat selection is also great, with good deals on desirable cuts commonly popping up. The cashiers are awesome too!!

This pharmacy is the best for it kindness to people and a sincere explanation to as many questions as asked. Kevin and Shaiva make sure that their costumers are taken care as fast as possible and Christoher is always there to help those that are handicapped and older. Thank you!

This pharmacy always goes above any beyond to help me. This past year has been very challenging but this staff has done everything possible to ensure that I get my prescriptions filled and throughout it all, they are supportive and kind about it. I am so thankful to have their support throughout it all.

This pharmacy goes above & beyond what is needed. I’ve recently had vision loss & sometimes it takes me a little longer but they’re always patient & courteous & the pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable & he takes time to talk to me & I never feel like a bother I can’t thank the pharmacy staff enough from the techs to the pharmacist you’ve made this process easier.

I love shopping at Publix and this one is the best of all. They have a few amazing cashiers that have been there for years. They have a great selection of produce and meats, and if they don't have it they will try to find it for you. I highly recommend the pharmacy, the pharmacist is really nice. My wife and In get our annual flu shot and other vaccines we need from here every year.

What a disappointment with this Publix. You would think having a Starbucks on site the Deli department right next to it would be great. Three times I have come on different occasions and have had issues with my Sub. First time I accidentally clicked the wrong Turkey option in app and got a call from a lady saying they can't make my sub how I ordered it. I told her the easiest way would be for her cancel the order and I will pay again In store. Told her I will be over shortly for pickup. When I arrive my sub is nowhere to be found in the pickup section(mind you I told her I would be over shortly), after asking someone for my order and waiting a minute they brought it out of the walk in cooler. Second time I order again and the cheese was either sliced too thick or stacked on top another it was like half inch thick of cheese, just didn't taste right. I called to ask about my refund on the first order and one of managers Juan reached out and was really nice and apologized and made things right. Said next sub is on the house just ask for him or Emily when I come back in. Well that day was today. Emily nor Juan are on site but I figured I would tell customer service at end they can relay message I came in for the sub Juan offered. No big deal. The woman who made my sub was either improperly trained or having a bad day. Found out half way through her assembling my sub that she didn't have gloves over her cutting glove. One of her coworkers had to tell her. I asked for Parm Cheese and she replied didn't have. The same coworker who told her about her glove had to tell her to look around that there IS parm cheese. Then at the end I ask for Black Pepper and I noticed she put Salt and Black pepper. I asked if she put a lot of salt since I didn't ask for salt only pepper and never apologized just said "only a little". The sub line was 5people deep at this point and didn't want her to remake it over a little salt. It wasn't a little. Biting into the sub was like throwing a handful of salty Sunflower Seeds in your mouth. I had to remove all the toppings off the sub and leave just meat and cheese and luckily she put mayo under. Get it together smh

Kevin Holtsman, this guy should not be there. As a matter of fact not in anything close to healthcare services. I got to the pharmacy 9:01 my meds were prepared and he refused to give to me (76 years old asking for his cholesterol meds) stating “we are closed” , keep in mind that I came in earlier and he said it was not ready and need 30-45 mins despite me driving from the doctors office to the pharmacy about 25mins.I believe this guy should be monitored by whoever hired him or his manager. I noticed that the staff seems scared or worried when he is around or of him. To me he he seems either sick or has personal issues.He definitely doesn’t belong to publix store reputation.Please do something about this guy

The toilet in this store would not flush. On top of that there was no paper towels in the men's restroom at 11 a.m. on a Saturday.
