Amazing experience with this team, after going under contract with a very complicated loan application and so we had ups and down with underwriting to a point we thought we wouldn't going to able to get the loan but Premier Home Funding kept fighting along with us through out the process and even escalated our loan to underwriting management in order to get the final approval. Mission Accomplished, thank you so much Team!

Jason Rutland and his team, particularly Aja Mangum, set a new standard for us in terms of both new mortgage and refinancing. They provided us with information and recommendations on the best terms for us despite it costing them extra profit. Jason took time to explain to us some mundane, yet necessary details, about the various steps and charges associated with our mortgage, and now our ReFi two years after the original mortgage, which helped us understand what we were getting into and make a cost-benefit analysis of our refinance decision. On top of Premiere Home Funding's excellent service while an active client, Jason also publishes free-for-all information about the mortgage industry that can help people decide when and if they are ready to sell, buy, move, or stay put in their current home. These are our go-to people.

I reached out to PHF from a recommendation by a neighbor, and I am so glad I did. Tricia, Chalane, and Aja each are incredibly kind. They all spoke to me with such warmth, I truly felt like I was speaking to a friend each time. Having all my questions answered quickly with such patience and kindness made me feel welcomed and not rushed or ignorant. They each made this process smooth and stress free.

Cynterra is very informative, patient and kind. She made me feel like I was the most important and the only client she had at the time. She took her time and worked around my schedule. I would like to preface this review by stating Premier was NOT the first mortgage brokerage we went to. In fact, we spoke with two brokerages prior to Premier, both of which refused to even run our credit stating, “You won’t be able to buy a house for at least a year”. We disagreed and soon after were referred to Jason and his team (who we now fondly call the “Dream Team”). Jason welcomed the challenge and put his team to work! They immediately examined our buying/borrowing potential and came back with a very specific plan which if followed, could have us ready to buy in a matter of months! We followed Jason’s advice to the letter and before we knew it, we were prequalified! We were blown away but hadn’t seen anything yet! The Premier team was with us “literally” every step of the way from there advising on offers, allowances, pitfalls, you name it. During which we called on Becky and Cynterra for countless mortgage estimates and information on the fly and their turnaround time was impressive to say the least. Once we had an accepted offer, we were placed in the hands of Mikki “Make it Happen” Hancock. Mikki was incredible and moved us through appraisal to final approval and closing so fast our heads were spinning! In fact, if I stated how quick we closed I’m afraid no one would believe us and jeopardize the credibility of this review, so let me just say it was FAST. We were so blessed to have these folks in our corner! They are AMAZING and for us they truly were a “Dream Team”. If there was a stronger word than RECOMMEND, I would use it!
