I bought a 14k gold chain for 2,900.00 from the man and his son who are the owners . I got it appraised roughly 6 months later and it’s worth 674.00 . My fault for not looking into it but I trusted them. DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER. Anyone that wrote a 5 star review just hasn’t gotten the item appraised yet.

My wife and I used to live in Heathrow, FL and have since moved to the Florida Keys. It’s literally the ONLY place I’ll go. Their team goes above and beyond every single time. Super friendly, super personable, and always delivering! I took my engagement ring here to get resized and once we got home we noticed 3 of the diamonds on my pavé band were missing. I freaked out because my wedding is in 9 days. I took it back to the store and they were AMAZING. They apologized profusely and are fixing it for me. Tony treats you like family and was so kind and understanding. The resizing was beautiful and it fits perfectly. I will be coming back here forever! Thank you so much Park Jewelers!

Have taken many rings to get resized and they always come back the perfect size with flawless work. Can’t even tell they’ve been altered. These guys treat everyone like family. Highly recommend!

Working with Sylvie to design a custom engagement ring was a breeze. I put out an inquiry on Yelp and Sylvie was SUPER responsive and helpful. The whole process was so easy and I'm obsessed with my ring. Would definitely recommend working with Sylvie and co.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate 40 years of marriage. Tony at Park Jewelers provided outstanding customer service and knowledge. The store is bright and beautiful with lots of parking. It was our first visit and definitely will not be our last. Highly recommend.

Love, love, love this jeweler! They carry a huge selection of stunning jewelry, with wide-ranging price points. The quality is outstanding and their pieces are the type you wear for a lifetime. There are many exquisite pieces beyond my budget, but always such a pleasure to look and visit with the owners. Park Jewelers also does an exceptional job with jewelry modifications and repairs. Truly fabulous business!

Outstanding! We went for a jewlery repair and met Tony. He was beyond helpful. Most jewlers are friendly, but Tony was not only friendly but genuine, honest and gave us very reasonable price on our repair. He told us about ring condition and what to watch for in future. No pressure on anything. Simply great experience and highly recommend Park Jewlers if you are looking for quality and reasonable repair!Thanks Tony

I needed to really update my review. I originally had some issues with the repair of my wedding ring it was a difficult fix and Tony and everyone at Park Jewelers explained that this sometimes happens and they would do everything they can to fix it. Let me say this time around they did not disappoint! I am so glad I gave them the opportunity to fix it. Everyone there is so nice and understanding and understand how important jeweler is to its owners. Thank you Sylvie, Tony, and everyone else at Park Jewelers!

Constantly disappointed with the big box brands and the cheap mall selections, I finally found a gem ( pun intended) in Park Jewelers. What an extraordinarily easy and fun experience I had with Tony and his staff, selecting custom earrings for my wife on Mothers Day. High quality and fair pricing! I’m never going anywhere else.
