“My husband and I moved from Avalon Park to Oviedo 2 months ago. We have been to the Oviedo Ace Hardware several times. It is time to give them a Big pat on the back. Every time I have been there the staff has been knowledgeable and very helpful.Today that was again the case. I needed a special screwdriver for the Ring doorbell on the home we purchased. The young lady at the register call Cora to help! Cora, looked at the picture and knew exactly what I needed, found the best value and suggested I take 2 sizes...noting that I could return the one that didn't fit.I was back home in minutes, the screwdriver bit worked and the Ring doorbell has been registered!!!All of this accomplished in way less time than if I had gone to a Big Box Store. In addition to having great, friendly, knowledgeable staff.I strongly suggest you give the Oviedo Ace Hardware a try before going anywhere else.”

“I like the ease of the small storefront in lieu of Lowe’s or HomeDepot and how congested they are inside and the parking. Sherwin Williams is always a nice quick walk in and get it and run. They are always helpful and friendly here too. They keep past orders on their system making it easy to find your last colors and types of paint on projects.”

“I wanted to give major props to Sabrina at this store. I was in a bind to get a project finished today and needed a very specific color of flake to finish an epoxy job. Even though stores don't carry flake in store anymore and needs to be ordered, she went out of her way to call a few different locations to check if they had it anyway and made sure to call me back in a timely manner. Her customer service went above and beyond for me and if she's not apart of the management team, she definitely deserves to be.”
“Ok. I know this paint is a little more expensive but aside from the quality being superior it is worth it for the service alone. My paint had shifted in the car and when I open the car door, it fell and needless to say it was bad. Embarrassingly I went right back full of paint and with an almost empty can to talk to Patrick. They understood and took such good care of me. Truly one of the best customer service I have ever had. Do not hesitate to come get your paint here and I’ll f you see Patrick working, tell him he is the best.”
“Great Paint Color Match and Quality ServiceWe stopped in to get some exterior house trim touch-up paint and supplies. We were greeted and assisted quickly by Mekenna, who was able to accurately color match, even from a dried up paint sample supplied by our builder several years ago. She did this with a smile, saying it should be no problem at all. The new paint blends in well and we're very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend this store.”

“We went to cook dinner tonight to find out our pellet smoker decided to die. I placed an order online and within 5 min I received a call from a young man who said not only do I have it ready, I have one already built! They were closing in 15 min and said head over without hesitation. Not only were there 2 young men waiting at the door for us. They helped load the grill, made sure we knew some much needed info and did it all with smiles on their faces. I wish I would have paid attention to their names but I was just trying to get out of there as quickly as possible not to keep them late. So to the fantastic gentleman working the closing shift this past Saturday, there need to be more like you around. As someone in the service business I know this type of work ethic and customer service are rare. Keep up the wonderful attitudes. Thank you again!!!”
