We have been using Orchid Cleaners for five years. Free delivery and pickup and excellent dry cleaning services have kept us as happy customers. Robert and the team are always friendly, courteous, and responsive. Clothes, bedding, window dressings, or otherwise, Orchid always does a wonderful job refreshing and beautifying our items. We are especially impressed by the way our cleaned comfort was delivered to us in a sealed carrying bag.

I highly recommend Alice for dress alteration!! I came into Orchid Cleaners and asked for her to do a hem on my bridesmaid dress for my brother’s wedding, and she did a great job! Very professional and talented at what she does. I highly recommend her! Thanks Alice!

She’s gonna kill me for taking so long to do this but………My friend(Groom) and I(Best Man) came in to get our suits tailored and dry cleaned. Of course we were last minute and needed to get them done as soon as possible for the wedding(within 10 days). She was super nice, extremely detailed, and made sure we had everything we needed before we left her with a week’s notice… sorry again!She was able to rush the order, worked over the weekend, and get it done in time. Everything came out looking great. She truly is a master of her craft. 10/10 would recommend anyone who needs a tailor in Lake Mary or just in Orlando.Thank you again because without you these two studs would’ve been stuck in the dog house quite sometime.

Overcharged - Pillow cases were charged as sofa covers. Refused to readjust.They were normal sized sofa pillows. Felt I was ripped off. Be cautious

My husband and I have been going to Orchid Cleaners in Lake Mary for many years. The staff is always so friendly and greets you by name. This week I stopped in ( no appointment) to see Alice Everett to get a consult on a jumpsuit (had 2 sizes w me) if needed alterations. Alice was busy working but stopped what she was doing, waited for me to put it on and with her attention to detail discussed sizing options and what looked best, even helping choose my shoes to complete the look. Alice is the Bestest , fun with a great personality. I left confident and ready for my upcoming venue. If you need Alterations stop in and see Alice at Lake Mary Orchid cleaners. :)

My fiance and his Best Man got their suits tailored and dry cleaned here and they were able to put in a 'rush order' to get them done in time for our wedding. I had a bad experience with the lady who didnt seem to have much customer service.

I was in town visiting family and needed a rush service on some cleaning items. The staff told me to come back the following day and my items would be ready. They offered to deliver my order two days later if I preferred. Unfortunately, I was leaving that day. Thank you for trying to make my day more convenient.
