Great customer service! I had an excellent support from Himani who patiently helped even after her work hours to make sure I was able to get exactly what I needed. I had a great experience and I totally recommend Office Depot!

Followed employee directions just yo waste my time traveling back to the same store and have them refuse to recycle my printer. Cashier was better to work with than the supervisor. Shouldn’t be too difficult to implement reasonable client purchase tracking and recycling into the ERP system. Trying to be environmentally conscious but wasted my lunch break instead

Had so much help in choosing several large purchase items, and I feel like I spent all of that money wisely because of the expert advice. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, and several other times during my visit. The person who helped with the large purchases, Liz, the manager, was very helpful without being pushy, which made it feel comfortable spending the money and feeling like I was getting a good deal and choosing the right items.

Andrea and John went ABOVE and beyond to help me the other day when our elementary school was in the middle of their largest fundraising event and we didn’t receive something crucial to its success. I ran in, they helped me tremendously and even found coupons to help bring down the price. They are amazing and deserve lots of praise!! Thank you, both! You saved the day for us!!

This is the worst office supply store I've ever been to. The layout was bad before, but then they updated the checkout/desk layout to sort of be a line, I think that's what they thought, but now it's just a bunch of obstacles when you come in.There's almost never anybody at the desk. And when there is, they don't acknowledge you.Further, their customer service is atrocious. Even when it comes to their FedEx counter, which is minimal work for them. We have labels so it's even less work for the store. And yet, they still don't have common sense or decency or know if/when the FedEx truck arrives. It's usually afternoon, so we had a Priority Overnight package dropped at 10am on Friday before Christmas. Well, FedEx already came and then either wasn't working Saturday, or this store didn't give them anything, because the package didn't physically ship until Wednesday after Christmas. We didn't expect it to get there on Christmas at all, but we certainly expected it to go out when we were told the truck hadn't picked up yet. This is the fourth time this has happened - the person at the desk sees that it's Priority Overnight and doesn't say anything about the fact that it won't actually ship for 2 days (even after we specifically ask, "the truck hasn't come yet today?"). That's worse than Walgreens, who says they have Saturday pickup, but unless you drop it Friday night, you have to wait until Monday - at least they're consistent and tell you Saturday's pickup is at store-open. This store does as little work as possible, it seems. I will never shop here. I would never recommend it, either. We've waited in line and observed the (non-working) employees, and I wouldn't trust them with my items, let alone if there is an issue and you have to discuss or file a claim. 0/10.

Went look for printers , I asked for wireless printers where the lady, she said they don’t carry any wireless printers at all and I pointed out that you do carry since it was in front of the lady’s face , she didn’t even check quickly diverted saying it’s out of stock never had an intention to help . Had to just walked out !

I understand it was close to closing time, but the print center wouldn’t print a single page pdf for me before Christmas. Lazy!I ordered a theme park “ticket” to present to my son on Christmas for a trip we were taking in January. It never arrived so I tried to save Christmas by printing one. 10 minutes before closing was “too close” to closing time and I was asked to come back in a few days. I will come back NEVER.
