Vacuums barely worked, better options elsewhere

I will never go here again. Especially for one of their higher priced washes. I just visited this location and paid $50 to surprise my wife with a detailed car and it wasn’t anywhere close to worth the value. I had to ask them to put shine on the tires. They “forgot”. My wheels were still filthy and I had to redo them when I got home. They did a terrible job vacuuming the car and I had to ask them to clean out the cup holders and wipe the dash again because they “forgot”. On top of that, the kids in the bay at the end were cussing and talking about politics. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I have been a customer since this location was Top Dog 18 years ago. I just purchased a new vehicle and didn’t want to put the sticker on my window which never works anyway, someone always has to come over to scan the sticker manually. I went yesterday to get a car wash and a rude young worker tried to put the sticker on my window. When I told her I didn’t want the sticker on my window she still proceeded to put it on. When I told her I didn’t want it she told me she would have to cancel my account and wouldn’t give me my sticker back. I told her to go ahead and then spoke with a young manager. I canceled all THREE of my accounts just because they insisted that I have the sticker on my window. Mister needs to educate their staff on customer service at best according to their mediocre reviews. There is a new car wash on 434 close to Ronald Reagan that I will now be using as their technology is superior to Mister. They scan your license plate vs ugly stickers that don’t work. Sorry I won’t be a driving advertisement for Mister. Not even sure how this location is still in business and why people continue to go there.

Staff was very friendly. But the wash was expensive, and the time through the machine was extremely short. Not enough to fully clean the car.

Hard to find a place that cleans inside and out. This wash did a great job on both at a reasonable price. My car looked like new again!

They took me late in the day very close to closing time for an interior & exterior cleaning and I’m so grateful for this as I know some businesses might turn people away for service at a certain cutoff before closing time. This place will accept you up until their business hours have fully ended. The associate helping me was very pleasant and helpful.

I recently visited Mister Car Wash and had a mixed experience. Despite having various branches all over, I had to drive 30 minutes to find one that did interior cleaning, even though their website claims all branches in Orlando offer this service. On the positive side, the wait time for the wash and clean was short, and my car looked and smelled pretty clean afterward. The lounge area provided for waiting was a nice touch. While the service itself was good, the inconvenience of finding a location was disappointing.

First time I come to this location I laid $49.94 and it’s not worthy car is not clean enough I have to go to another location where I can vacuum my car inside cause still dirty so don’t loose your money. Is my first and last time here. Sorry but I have to tell you

I asked two different people that were cleaning my car comma to make sure that the windows are done well period and they were not! barely touched! I would have taken it back, but I don't live near there. I spent thirty five dollars getting my car and it was not worth it.

Honest and Fair Review: After moving down to Central Florida from Northern VA, I was looking for a new car wash place that I could purchase a monthly unlimited car wash package from. I used to have one with Flagship Car Wash in VA, they are the best! I went to the nearest Mister Car Wash and I inquired about their packages and then had my car washed inside and out to get the whole experience. After many years of membership and many car washes, I have decided to cancel my membership. The truth of the matter is that Mister Car Wash is ok as long as your car is mostly clean. If you get washes regularly to do upkeep for dusting and vacuuming, it's adequate. Often times, the dead bugs on the outside from road trips would be left on the car after it had been "cleaned". The whole process is very quick and for inside and out washing you are usually done in 10 minutes, which is great for most people. During COVID they closed the indoor washing aspect of the business which while frustrating was completely understandable. The inside cleaning service was recently brought back, at least to the Lake Mary location, and I was very excited. I went to the location after a weekend of hosting my parents and their fur babies in town. The back seat of my car was full of dog hair and I especially asked that the car be vacuumed and cleaned thoroughly inside because of the dogs. I particularly emphasized this to more than one person and apologized for the mess of dog hair. I also brough extra tip money because I knew it was going to be extra difficult to clean. When I left the car wash in Lake Mary, I got on I4 and I was going up the ramp when I realized my right back door was open and had to pull over to shut it. As I looked into the back seat, I realized it was still full of dog hair in the seats and the floor mats. I was so disappointed and upset that I called right there and waited over 25 minutes to cancel my membership. It's not a bad place as long as all you need is maintenance for your car. I really wish they had Flagship Car Wash in Central Florida though.

No hand wash option. Dont wipe seat covers. Dont clean nooks/crannies like under trunk or inside gas tank cover. Just vacuum and tunnel wash. Cheapest option $48. Overpriced and lack basic services other car washes offer.
