This is truly the BEST pharmacy in the greater orlando area and definitely the best pharmacy in Lake Mary. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years, the staff is so kind and helpful. 11/10 would recommend to anyone that wants great customer service and very reasonable pricing!

There is always an issue with this pharmacy! they either can't refill my prescription or they never received my prescription. always some kind of drama. I'd rather go somewhere else and not waist my time!

I love this pharmacy. The customer service is excellent. They always have my medicine and they refill them automatically before I even remember I need the refill. It's very helpful. They really do care about their customers which you would never get at a big chain pharmacy. Whether I get my medicine delivered or I pick them up, they always take good care of me with a smile.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. They care about their customers and have excellent communication. If there are issues, they call me and work to take care of it right away. Whether I get delivery or I pick up my medicine, it is always service with a smile and I appreciate it and then very much.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They explained me what is covered under my insurance and gave the best value unlike the other pharmacies. Always a go to place .

This pharmacy is very corrupt. I called yesterday regarding Adderall medication which they said they had, however I had a hard copy prescription from my doctor they would not take because it didn’t say “Exemption”. Everybody in their right mind knows there is an Adderall shortage right now unless you’ve been living under a rock. He didn’t even offer to call my Doctor just told me it had to be sent electronically. I then inquired if they took Cigna health insurance which he said they did but not for that medication…it would be only cash price $180. Again I understand this medication is hard to find, I was switching from Walgreens and they did not have so I was willing to pay because I need this medication. I called my doctor and ask him to send the prescription which he did early yesterday morning. I called MedPlex to verify they received the prescription which they said they did and to come in an hour to pick up. I went today to pick up because I could not get there before 6 pm yesterday due to work and they tell me that other people came earlier than me so they gave away my prescription ? I’m pretty sure that’s illegal but it is what it is. Just a heads up for anyone filling controlled substances here they just care about money and treat us like crack fiends, will not even hold your medication for you like a regular pharmacy. If this is your idea of good neighborhood pharmacy give them a shot.

Mohamed at Medplex at Lake Mary is the most helpful pharmacist I've ever experienced. I came here after struggling at both Publix and CVS to get a prescription filled with a manufacturers coupon. At first he told me he couldn't get it to go through either, and I assumed I was going to be told I'm out of luck, but he didn't stop there like others did, he dug into why it might not be working. Then he spoke to Publix over the phone on my behalf, and Publix was able to fill the prescription with the discount! He didn't have to do that, especially since it meant they didn't get the sale themselves. ALSO he was doing this while working by himself, juggling other fills and phone calls. Amazing customer service. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Med-Plex Pharmacy is the only pharmacy I go to! 10 years plus still going best Pharmacy in Florida. They always go above and beyond their job to make you happy and do whatever it takes to make sure you get your medication and their prices are very very fair. The chain pharmacy is no good. I love Med-Plex because they’re very personable. They know your name when you walk in everything’s ready you don’t even have to say a word they just knowso thank you Med-Plex for everything you do. Here’s to another year 2023. Thank you for the deliveries during the years and I look forward to seeing you as always?

They are a nice pharmacy;however, they do not communicate pricing through insurance or at all. Especially, if your medication is delivered. They always charge me more, and I had to call them on multiple occasions to get my medication for a lesser price. However, they have been charging me more for it because they really do not verify my insurance before they send my medication out to me. I have to move my medication to different a pharmacy due to overinflation pricing of my medication, and my insurance non verification. I would not recommend this pharmacy for people who are on a budget.

After striking out at FIVE pharmacies trying to get an Rx for a Nebulizer filled; I finally was able to get my Nebulizer here. Fast service, very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Excellent, professional service. Very short turnaround time whether in-person or free delivery. Been getting my meds here for several years. Not a chain; personal service, so they get to know you after a while instead of just a number
