He wasn't pushing me into the most expensive deal for his own gain, he really wanted to find what was right for our sleep and comfort. He was also available for any questions even when I was not at the store. I had to come back another day to make the purchase. We ordered a sectional with an additional piece, two cubes, and a custom swivel chair. Joel was very patient as we walked around the store and narrowed down our choices. He did not hover but was available to answer all our questions and his advice was very helpful! Our furniture selection was over two different days. We had a special request as we wanted the furniture delivered to North Carolina and Joel took care of all the arrangements! He kindly answered all our questions and accommodated our several changes. I would highly recommend asking for Joel. He will take care of you! Ken helped during the check out process and he was also gracious. The furniture choices were a nice selection of all styles.”
