This must have been the liquor store of the future in the 80's and 90's. They need to change their name probably. Unless the 2000 doesn't mean the year, but rather the number of unique selections this small, but fruitful store has. It reminds of the "In The Year 2000..." skits from the late night show years ago when I could stay up past midnight.Their prices may vary, so know the fair market price for items (or look them up while shopping). I found some great deals in the past, but then see other crap well over sticker price and fair market value.I lucked out one day and saw a bottle of Bookers for sale at a great price if you spent $50 on other stuff. It was well under what other have charged. It was easy to spend the $50 to get this 125 proof smooth as my bottom bourbon.On contrast, they had Blanton's too, but it was way overpriced even after you spent more more money on stuff. I forget the price, but it was way more than anyone should pay for it.I usually stop in here when at the Homegoods and/or the Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. Bagels and shopping make for a great early afternoon activity (especially since BWBC closes at 3p). The booze browse is a bonus!

I went here to shop for my husbands 50th birthday party about a month prior to the party date. Elizabeth was so helpful and nice and told me she would have boxes ready for me when I came in to purchase this large order. I came back a couple of days before the party, and Elizabeth was so helpful! She boxed everything up for me and put it in a grocery cart and walked me to my car and helped me load it in my trunk. She made the whole experience very enjoyable. Liquor 2000 in Lake Mary had everything I was looking for and more! I will definitely be back!

This place was my go to Buffalo Trace distillery bourbon source. I went there yesterday to spend $150 for a bottle of Blanton’s. They wouldn’t sell it to me until I spent $100 dollars on other liquor therefore making me spend 250 dollars for an already expensive $150 bottle of bourbon. Insanity! I miss the old owners.

We were looking for a quick in-and-out wine purchase and found this store near our hotel. The lady at the counter was very polite, said hello, and if we needed help. It's a small store but they have a good variety of wine and liquors, and it was perfect for what we needed. The prices are on the low end. Lots of parking near store, convenient location.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Extremely high prices and the good quality liquor such as bourbon is marked up well above retail and well above other liquor stores close by. You can go down the street and get certain liquors over $100 cheaper for the exact same thing. They also seem to save good liquor for specific customers although they have no rewards program. I asked to buy a bottle of Blantons bourbon which was on the shelf behind the desk for weeks, only to be told I couldn't buy it without being given a reason. I'm assuming they are saving it for one of their favorites who will overpay. I asked how I can become a member of this club that is able to purchase decent liquor, and they just shrugged at me. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. 5 star liquor in Altamonte has much better service and doesn't charge above retail for most good quality items.

They are the best, the friendliest, the right place to go!! Cannot go wrong if you want a stand up and stand by store to shop at regularly!!!!! I love them!

There's not that many options in Lake Mary, just go in there with low expectations or in a hurry because is the closest thing to you. You won't find anything special in there.

The guy that works there is really mean and nasty. He won’t even let you go for 5 cents… no matter how often you shop there or how much you spend. I stopped giving my money to this store because that man is selfish greedy and inconsiderate I’d rather shop with nicer and more friendly people. I hope this place goes out of business

Horrible customer service. The person working the counter was not friendly when I asked how much a certain bottle cost because there was no price I was asked if I shop here. I figured they didn't want my business so I went to another friendly liquor store. Prices are high. I have never been asked if I was a customer that shopped at their store ever. All I wanted was a price on a item. Guess they didn't need my business and my friends business. I felt so uncomfortable in the store when I was asked questions. The person didn't even want to give me a price. It was super weird and very uncomfortable. A store has a product and a customer wants to purchase said item it is not rocket science. Definitely will not be coming back to this establishment. It shouldn't be difficult to spend money at a store to purchase a product.

Me and my grandfather walked in (my grandfather's African American and im not) so when we entered the store we were immediately greeted with a man telling my grandfather to leave the white boy alone then when he told the man he was my grandfather the man working said no no you're not get out of my store there's no place for you here i never want to see you again then proceeded to use profanity and refused service. I recommend you stay away

Prworker was extremely rude , wouldn’t sell to me because i had my bady in the store he yelled at me to leaving making my baby cry I’ve never been treated in such a way as this.
