I just want to say thank you to Mindy for helping me out this morning. I had an appointment at their Longwood office today at 745am that I made weeks ago, when I pulled into the parking lot I noticed a note on the door that the location was temporarily closed. Almost at the same moment I got a email that my appointment had been cancelled. No phone call or text or where to go to get seen. I put the Lake Mary location in my gps and figured it was worth a shot. When I got there I spoke to Mindy at the front desk, showed her the picture of the Longwood front door, and she just responded with "No worries, come on back". She had me in, done, and out within 5 minutes. I know their closing wasn't her problem but she went above ad beyond to make it right. Thank you very much!

Fortrea (LabCorp) has some of the worst customer service agents (Andrew) and supervisors (Robert) ... Avoid this place like you should avoid the COVID vaccine (death shots)

I love bringing clients to this location for labs. I agree with Nicole regarding not knowing why the low ratings. The MA and Front Office staff handles the Geriatric population with care and loving smiles. I was here at 10AM with a client and we were out by 10:30am. This is UNHEARD of in labs and physicians offices. The MA here is especially delicate and friendly. The customer service is care always ❤??❤

This place deserves higher ratings! Very fast! Didn’t have to poke me in several places like I have experienced. Kind and friendly service. Definitely recommend for labs.

This is the only place to go!!! Chelsea and Mindy are the kindest people I have ever met. Even if there is a crowd, they go so fast with such patience, kindness and ALWAYS calm. I cannot believe how much they care about each person independently. This is the place to go for your bloodwork! If you are a nervous person with bloodwork you won’t be anymore after this experience! Thank you so much Chelsea and Mindy. Most of all, if they didn’t tell me the needle was in (at my request haha) I wouldn’t have known. I cannot say enough. I’m not one to leave reviews. Thanks again! Much appreciation!!!!

Lesson learned. I had been going here for a couple years for routine bloodwork before my annual and paid about $60 since it was in network. Labcorp used to ask for me insurance so when I went in 2022 and assumed it was BAU I found out that my insurance company did not renew their contract with Labcorp. This was the first time they did not ask and you would think they would knowing that their contract with a large insurer was not renewed. The result was a $500 bill for me. It would have been nice if Labcorp asked for my insurance like they used to.

I was at Labcorp today, the service there was first class. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and the lady who drew my blood did such a good job, I didn’t feel a thing. Thank you!

Staff is rude pass you up with other walk-ins and tell you they will get to you with no regard to your needs.
