Skip this school! Your children will starve here! This school is a disgrace and they will ignore any concerns to keep receiving your money!

Beware of this shady school and keep your babies away! Liberty is a bigot! Kristin, and her will ignore families of color, rolling their eyes, and making passive aggressive comments. Liberty has a careless attitude, and nearly hit my child with a swinging door, and kept on walking without acknowledging her actions. The first week that my child attended this school he caught RSV and had to be hospitalized. The school made zero effort to notify parents afterwards. The food is horrible, my child lost 4 pounds after attending for 3 weeks. I was not notified that my child was not eating the food. Needless to say my child will no longer attend this sham of a school!

I can not think of enough kind words to describe this school. My granddaughter Amyra has been in the care of these wonderful ladies since she was 8 months old. They love her like their own. Amyra will be 3 and she has excelled. She knows all her colors and her alphabet, shapes and is counting. They have already begun teaching her days of the week.i have read some of the bad reviews and this has just not been our experience with these professional ladies. Just yesterday when we arrived at school my granddaughter ran to one of her teachers, Miss Liberty and hugged her legs. I feel compelled to add that Amyra is mixed race due to that completely false claims of racism that have been made against Ms. Kristen. Amyra beams at all her caregivers there. Ms. Kristen, Ms DonnaMs. Salome, Ms. Kim Ms Wanda and Ms Raphaela feeds them so well!!! We were truly blessed to have found this school for our most precious little girl. Ladies, you have a job that is often times thankless. Which is unfortunate because you love and care for othe peoples children as if they were your own. From my family to you all THANK YOU for LOVING AMYRA THE WAY WE DO. Keep up the good work.

I absolutely love this daycare/school!I started taking my daughter there and she was 18 months old and we stayed every year until she graduated VPK at four almost five years old. The classroom teachers do so well with the kids! Love all the crafts and learning preparation they do for the kids. The administration team is phenomenal, Kristen B. and others work so well with my daughters particular needs! The facility is always clean and everybody is amazingly friendly and always willing to help. I can’t believe my little one is now in kindergarten and I don’t get to see what has become like friends along the years anymore.I recently had a new baby girl and I look forward to her starting at La Petite Academy in Lake Mary. I wouldn’t choose any other daycare/school!!

My kids started La Petite Academy at the beginning of this year and I couldn’t be happier! The Director Ms.Kristen is the absolute BEST and her staff is as well. Everyone is easy to talk to, always helpful and very nice. By far the best daycare center my children have attended. The facility is always clean, which is a huge plus for me. You have camera access to check on your babies throughout the day if you want to which I love! I truly appreciate this center so much for their patience and the attention they give to the children who attend it ❤️

My child has been at this school for 3 years. His behavior has changed at school recently. No one knows why. He has been remove from school. I don’t understand why he was kicked out without being suspended with them knowing he was scheduled to have someone come out to observe him to understand why he has this sudden change in school only. He did not have any behavior problems before attending la petite academy in lake Mary. He has had multiple illnesses while attending this school. I should have followed my first mind and removed him at the end of last school year, but I figured he only had 1 year remaining before he could go to elementary school. I wish the best of luck with this place

My girlfriend had 2 scheduled appointments virtually and the facility never answered any of them when she called. She also left multiple voicemails and myself and no one ever return a phone call back. She even called customer service who tried to connect her to the facility with no luck. I am wondering if we have a child there at the daycare how they would respond if we called. This is absolutely ridiculous

My son has been coming here for almost a year now, and we absolutely love them! His previous daycare was turning into a nightmare, and from the moment that I first spoke to the daycare director, to my son’s first day, it was a complete 180. My son was 1 when he started here, and went from having separation anxiety, not walking, and not very social, to an outgoing, talkative toddler, who RUNS, and loves to play. Every teacher, and staff member goes above and beyond, and show concern for every child. They treat us like family, and I am more than thankful!

You cannot rely on the center to be open when they say they will. They have “staffing issues” and they either claim your child is “sick” and send them home and your child has no symptoms or they just ask/force you to limit the hours you bring them so they don’t have to discount the tuition you pay to them.

The care that our child received at La Petite Lake Mary was unparalleled. The teachers as well as the director were so wonderful and helpful. The nurturing and warm environment was very inviting. I would recommend La Petite Lake Mary to anyone who is in search of a quality child care program.

My boys have been attending this school for a couple months now, and I must say I have never been more confident in sending my kids somewhere! I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and teachers at La Petite. The teachers are extremely patient and you can truly see the passion they have for the children. They are very communicative with parents and are great about keeping everyone in the loop. I would highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a trustworthy and loving place for their children to go.

I can not stress the quality of this school enough. The director Kristen, and assistant director Bianca are absolutely amazing. I have read some poor reviews from years ago, and I would like to assure parents this school has been completely reformed. I was a stay at home mom for almost 2 years and just enrolled my son, I was expecting like any child an extreme transition and on his very first day he adjusted so well and loves the school. He has 2 teachers, MS. Kendra did an absolute phenomenal job with my son and keeping me up to date constantly on the app. I didn’t even feel the need to send a lot of messages because they are constantly updating you and reassuring you that your child is adjusting. The pictures made my work day absolutely enjoyable and gave me the peace of mind I needed as a non working mom for over 2 years. The food menu is absolutely phenomenal, the schedule and curriculum is fantastic. A girlfriend of mine has worked for child care facilities for over 7 years and told me their schedule is the best she has ever seen. The tuition is not inexpensive, but you truly can not place a dime on the care of your child. I knew this school was the place for my son from the moment I toured with Kristen and 3 teachers came by and got down to greet my son. Their competitor, so we thought was ladybird academy on Rhinehart and we had a terrible experience after la petite lake Mary setting the bar so high. Parents want to know that their child is not only going to be cared for, but that their children are ACTUALLY cared about by staff. I want to thank la petite for putting my mind at ease and making this transition as smooth as possible for a mother who was terrified of day care facilities. Though it is considered child care, they are so educationally based I refer to it as school. Thank you to everyone at la petite you are angels, your kindness, your patience and their passionate for children is unmatched. I see my son here till he starts kindergarten. Thank you to all the amazing staff, teachers who work together to make this the most pleasant experience for my child. You guys are amazing!

Lets start with the security -My fiancee left her purse in her car as does almost every other mother at this school. How do we know this because one afternoon I receive a phone call from my fiancee stating her car had been broken into while picking up our child at 4 in the afternoon ( broad daylight ) and as we stand there my child scared and my better half standing in tears as mothers walking in to pick up their children as they see broken glass on the ground and the broken window. They ask "What happened?" "When did this happen?" As we make our replies and explain the situation each and every mother turns around to go back and grab their purse. Why is this concerning this is just a random attack it will never happen here again right. Negative after this every teacher including the director and assistant director at the time advised this has happened before. The police officers ask for video of the school but guess what these cameras don't record. So if your child is abducted from this school good luck getting any help from them. I have reached out to the director, assistant director, district manager, human resources, and customer service. ZERO responses ZERO concern ZERO information to give to other parents to make them aware and protect their things and MOST OF ALL YOUR CHILDREN no newsletter about the situation to make everyone else more alert. SO in a gist1. No Cameras that record ( This Location)2. No lighting when picking kids up in the evening (Winter Months)3. No concern or warning from the establishment4. Brush it under the rug and it will go awayThe choice is yours of course but that's what these reviews are for so you can make the decision for yourself with real information.Positive note Ms. Salomie is a great teacher positive and helps our child learn and doesn't allow small things affect the way she feels about our child. If this review was strictly for her it would be 5 stars but management has dropped the ball and I will continue to tell the people I know work with related to and everyone in between to look at these things before making your decision. This school has helped my child exceed and progressively get better but this situation has put me beyond mad because all these managers hide behind their 1-800 number so they don't have to address any issues. Watch out for Yvonne Carter she is the District Manager we have called multiple times to get a hold of her to address this and nothing.

My grandchildren go to this location and it is GREAT! We have new office staff who have made amazing changes with the facility and new teachers. The updates on the app put my mind at ease when the children may not be having a great start to their day and are a little crabby when they are dropped off. Any parent would want to be reassured that their child has adjusted and are happy after you leave them. The staff does a fantastic job of posting a picture in the app with a quick note to reassure us that they are fine. The new staff has done a great job of making the appropriate changes that have created a caring learning environment for our families!
