Marisa is the absolute best agent. She worked with us as buyer and seller agent and I don’t know how she did it all. She got us into our new home for a great price, and got us full asking on our old home. I found Denise when I was discouraged and had lost hope in the real estate market. Denise came highly recommended, but I proceeded with caution because I had been hurt by a different realtor. Denise made several statements that seemed too good to be true. Not only did she honor every single commitment, but she went above and beyond to deliver more than expected. My house previously sat on the market with a different agent for over 30 days. I asked Denise to relist my home at a lower price. She showed me the comps and helped me realize that the house was priced correctly, but could benefit from her marketing plan. I trusted her. She ordered professional photography and relisted the home within days of us speaking. The home went under contract at full price within the week. I was shocked. Denise knows what she is doing. I will recommend her as my top real estate choice to all of my friends and family for as long as she’s in business. Thank you Denise for all that you did for my family.

Korr Realty is the best! I worked with Denise. We had moved at the time of listing. She made sure the house was spotless, worked with the roofer and other vendors to ensure the repairs needed were done correctly and certified.
