“So far five stars! We met with Quality Craftsmen ("QC") salesman, Christopher Erndl, yesterday evening and truly had a Five-Star experience. We've owned our 1955 home for two years and have slowly been upgrading the old and worn out bathrooms, one by one. We are now ready to upgrade our horror of a yellow and black tiled master bath. Our difficulty has been in finding a company that can update the extra large shower and provide contractors who can patch/repair drywall and add a wall (making the room paint-ready) as well as installation of toilet, vanity, baseboards and window sill. It has been a daunting task; that is, until yesterday. Chris was great to work with as we discussed the many issues and requirements we have. He made recommendations that were well received and he is very knowledgeable about the products offered by QC. But most importantly, he took the time to really understand what we want and to help find a way to provide them through QC's contractors, making our experience essentially worry-free. I've read the great reviews of QC's work, confirmed they are highly rated by the Better Business Bureau and checked their licensure with the State and feel confident that we are in good hands. Once the work is completed we hope to have photos of the project uploaded to the QC site and I expect that they will be impressive. Can't wait for the next step in getting our new master bath!”
“I could not be any happier with the outcome of our kitchen remodel. Kitchen & Bath Plus’ attentiveness, and attention to detail are second to none. Not only are they great at what they do, they are craftsmen, artists and take so much pride in their work. The attention to detail and perfection was on display every single day. They were at my home working every day (except when we were waiting on permits). I could always call and contact them immediately. Their service is top-notch. The quality of materials are 1st class. The entire team are genuine people who truly care. Most importantly, they make sure you are 100% satisfied with their work. They are not satisfied unless you are 100% satisfied. I particularly loved the fact they are an Interior designer and a General contractor all in one. It’s a one-stop-shop so the entire process is seamless. I would refer Kitchen & Bath Plus to anyone! “Had the best time at this Women's Woodworking Class (yes they have classes for men). My class had 7 women learning the proper way to handle power tools while learning techniques to help with your future projects. Connie was very knowledgeable and passionate about teaching the class. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer. She even suggested the next class we should take to further our skills in woodworking. The class selected a wood to use for the project. You had a choice of Peruvian Walnut, Beachwood or Mahogany. The machines used were jointer, table saw, miter saw and a planer. After cutting everything we all selected board 4 pieces, glued them together, smoothed edges and put a few coats of mineral oil bring the original wood color and for protecting the board from bacteria. I enjoyed every bit of this class and I am looking forward to another class in the near future.”

“We had a great experience at Floor & Decor in Fern Park. The selection and prices were great. We found some beautiful natural stone flooring for our bathroom at a reasonable price. The best part of our experience was working with one of their designers, Hannah. She is very knowledgeable about the products, designs, and latest trends. Hannah was awesome to work with and provided us with some wonderful ideas. I would definitely shop at Floor & Decor and work with Hannah again on future projects.”

“Amazing company that worked diligently with us to renovate our kitchen while taking care of a 13 month old. We did the design with Reem Kader whom was very patient with us and had multiple meetings with us to make the design choices. Jose Torres was the property manager and he communicated with us every step of the way answering general questions, coordinating with vendors and taking photos showcasing progress. We worked with Dylan White to coordinate delivery of materials, trash pickup, cleaning of debris, and several general questions. We also briefly worked with Joshua Martin to fix an appliance issue that came up. Every member of the team was very helpful and worked around us taking care of our first child. Would definitely recommend the business for any kitchen repair.”

“We just had a new pool constructed and need new furniture. After driving by this store a few times we finally had a reason to go in. Cathy helped us and she was amazing and helping us find what we were looking for. We made an order with furniture and a new grill. Mark was the contact for delivery and he was amazing as well. We asked if there was anyway to get it soon as we had a milestone birthday party to plan and it be great to have the new furniture. He did what he could to make it happen. It did happen and He was great!!!! his delivery team was also great, they brought it to the patio and it was all assembled and asked where we wanted it and placed it there. They were polite and did not rush. I cannot thank Patio Style for helping make our new pool a relaxing space.”
“The measurements were a bit off, so the installer had to improvise on the backsplash. Looks good. I am bit concerned about the space left for the faucet installation. Looks tight. Will not know until the faucet is delivered from Ferguson and the plumber goes to install it. Andy”
“Kroner USA Granite made it incredibly easy for me to get my countertops installed. I had a specific material I wanted. The first supplier I tried to use proved impossible to work with, so I went to the manufacturer’s site to find a new dealer. Yami at Kroner was fantastic from start to finish. The showroom is lovely, and options are almost endless.From layout to tempting to fabrication to install, it went so quickly and well ahead of the timeline I was originally given. I’m thrilled with my new quartz countertops and completely satisfied with the professionalism shown from the showroom to the templating to the install. Highly recommended. I’m sure they’re fantastic even if you don’t know exactly what you want the way I did.”
