I find the practices of the agent involved at the 3184 Egrets Landing in Lake Mary to have been highly unethical. There was a 2 day open house that I drove 1 hour to get to on Sunday morning to find out that the seller had decided to accept an offer the day before. They were taking backup bids. Who does this? The Seller should have been informed that someone may have actually come in with a higher bid (unless they are clairvoyant) and finished the Open House. The Agent has a fiduciary responsibility to the Seller and to the Public to follow through after announcing a 2 day event. Telling me that the website hadn't updated and there was some sort of notice at the gate is highly unacceptable. I drove 1 hour to view this house and was there 30 minutes after opening the doors!

Janet Baso is absolutely wonderful! She has helped me both purchase and sell my condo and the process was incredibly smooth. She is so thorough, thoughtful, and really puts her clients first! I would highly recommend Janet if you are looking to buy or sell in the greater Orlando area.

I cannot say enough about Ann Corniel as a top notch realtor. I do not live in Central Florida but contacted Ann to list my elderly parent's home in Altamonte Springs. My parent's were very emotional about selling their home of 47 years and Ann handled them with such gentleness, kindness and professionalism. She is very knowledgeable of the market and puts her whole heart into selling a home. She kept in constant communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Ann as a realtor.

I would like to publicly share my experience with this company and what must be their top notch realtor, Shannon Riva.
We were (are) out of town buyers and seeking a quality home in the Sanford, FL area. It would seem to be a challenging feat to purchase a home over the phone and internet, sight unseen, other than photos. I had feared the worst.
That fear was dispelled instantly upon making contact with Shannon Riva, a highly recommended realtor by a family member of mine.
Shannon was beyond helpful and accommodating and I am a tough but to crack sometimes. She checked all of our boxes with her recommendations of homes and when we finally settled on one, even handed contractors to bid on much needed repairs.
She was very proactive in her approach and most responsive to our questions, concerns and needs. I can’t imagine anyone doing as well as Shannon in our situation.
We ended up purchasing a beautiful home in an exclusive neighborhood and Shannon made it easy and painless.
Turn to her for all of your real estate needs whether already a resident of the sunshine state or buyer exparte and by proxy.
