The first time I walked into KinderCare, I felt my nerves at ease. From the Director to the teachers they all have been great thus far. At first my baby was hesitant towards most of the teachers, but she is finally opening up and enjoying herself everyday. It makes me so happy my baby can interact and make friends.

Great facility, wonderful caring staff, and I love the curriculum. They are always doing fun, developmental activities. My son is 1 and enjoys his experience at Kindercare International Parkway.

Our son Leo loves coming to this location. Every morning he runs into his classroom and can’t wait for the days activities. From the director, to the teachers everyone makes you feel so comfortable to leave your child in their care. I love the little pictures updates throughout the day. It makes everything alot better. Will definitely recommend to enroll your child into this program.

We absolutely love this School my son comes home everyday talking about how much fun he has with his teacher and his friends. He also loves to go everyday. The stuff here is so understanding about every situation that comes to them. I highly recommend them

Absolutely gorgeous facility and friendly staff. They use an app to keep you in the know of every detail of your kids care. And they even had a sibling discount which thank goodness. Looking forward to more memories from my babies going here!

The staff is great! I love that I'm able to see how my daughter is doing throughout the day and everyone is so patient and kind. So glad I was able to get my daughter enrolled here.

KinderCare in Lake Mary is wonderful! Our kids have been going there for years and we couldn’t find one complaint. They have done a tremendous job through this pandemic with the kids and keeping everyone safe, clean and most importantly healthy!

My 3 year old son absolutely loves it here. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to bring him here, because he loves it so much. I love getting daily pictures and videos of him having fun. The Assistant Director Sahlee is wonderful. If I have questions or concerns they are addressed quickly and efficiently. I looked for daycare for a long time and I am thankful I found this one.

I was very worried and concerned about signing my son up for a day care but after careful research, I decided to go with KinderCare at Intl Parkway. Why?- Cleanliness: the facilities are clean and do not have any weird smells. This has been true for every time I've visited.- Staff: every single person I've met and talked to has been helpful, understanding and loving. The way they talk to my son allows me to relax and let me know that I'm leaving him in capable loving hands.- Phone App: they're constantly uploading photos of my son and letting me know what new activity he is participating in. It is a good way to track what he is learning and to see if he is enjoying his day there.- Food: while the meals aren't what I would personally cook at home, they still contain vegetables, fruits and variety of protein that give him energy while there. The staff also lets you know in the app how much he had on each meal.- Communication: last but not least (and probably most important to some) has always been excellent. Calling the facilities is never an issue and someone has almost always answered. If I leave a voicemail they have gotten back to me quickly.On a side note, I haven't personally seen TVs or tablets at the facilities. This is something I really like as there were other Day Cares that had them and used them to distract kids during the day. KinderCare at Intl Parkway is always teaching my son with learning activities, playing with other kids inside or outside (within the premises) and/or with other interactive activities that are good for his development. Big plus on my book.

Teachers are great and really work with the students but management (new and old) not the best. My son has severe allergies and after finishing his vpk year at their new location I recieved a voicemail stating I needed to come by and pick up the medications I left for him. They had eczema cream, an inhaler, and a epi pen for his severe allergies to dairy and peanuts.Management told one of the teachers to grab it out if the cabinet and specifically told her where to go. I was then handed the inhaler with the paperwork that I signed attached. I then asked where the epi was and no one had an answer at first but continued to look in the medicine box. Once the epi pen was not found the manager started to put the blame on the old manager and then stated she must have never recieved the epi or maybe it was thrown away due to being expired. During this time they also revealed that they still had the paperwork the epi was attached to and then refused to let me take the paperwork for evidence to prove it was in fact in their possession. Obviously management had no knowledge on what happened and what scares me the most is how long was the epi missing. What if my son had a reaction during their care and then what? Would I get the same multiple excuses about why they couldn't find the epi pen. I applaud the teachers there but rainbow academy needs to have better management as well as a better procedure when it comes to medications. Not to mention I was told I would receive a call on the issue and never did but a teacher was nice enough to tell me that they said there is nothing they could do about the missing $92 epi pen that they lost.

My daughter has been coming here for over a year; watching her grow and learn. My work schedule involves working weekends so I am forever grateful that I can hire HER TEACHERS for Saturday care, it only further solidifies their bond. I did read the previous review, Mrs. Sharmice hasn't been there for over 6 months (maternity leave and then resignation to become a stay at home mom) so how that is a complaint only 4 weeks ago is already sketchy (sips tea). The school has undergone MAJOR renovations over the course of1-2 months. It looks phenomenal! I have seen changes in teachers over the course of the year; lots of promotions a few have left do to family events and other endeavors; however the QUALITY of the teachers and what is expected of them has never decreased. My daughter isn't the easiest to get along with, she's a doesn't always interact well with others. However the teachers have been consistently patient and have even given me some great tips and tricks to help focus her onto more constructive projects. (long story short, they're angels). My daughter has been to other childcare centers and NONE have put forth the genuine time, effort or CARE that Rainbow does they're an amazing group of individuals and if they ever read this post I PRAY they know how much I cherish and appreciate all that they have done for me and my family; all that they have taught my daughter, all that they WILL teach her. I will forever recommend them as a child care facility.

Little Pros is fantastic for our four month old. The teachers are awesome and take just as much care of this often lost Dad as they do my baby girl. I would highly recommend Little Pros of Heathrow just as it was very highly recommended to my wife and I.*Update*My "baby girl" is now three and a half, still attending LPA, and we still love it. There's simply nowhere better.

My son attended this location from 6 months old to Pre-K and we really felt like family. Ms. Sahlee is amazing and really cares for the kids. Also, Ms. Sarah (Pre-K Teacher) is the best! She cared for my son like he was her own. She definitely helped put him on the right track for preparation for Kindergarten with homework including counting, learning alphabets, and sight words.
