I contacted this organization's Lake Mary operation about 2 weeks ago looking to schedule an MRI. I got voicemail and I left a very detailed message stating the nature of my call and and asked that someone call me back. After waiting a week, I called back and complained that no one called me back. At this point, I was given a point of contact, who asked me to send them a copy of my MRI Order Form and my personal contact information again. I complied with their request and was told that someone would check the service schedule and get back to me. I also explained that the MRI was needed for a followup appointment with my Pain Specialist for purposes of determining next steps in my treatment. More than a week later, I'm still waiting for someone to return my call just to schedule the procedure, and I'm less than a week away from my appointment for which I need the results.Frustrated that I have not heard back from this organization, I found an alternative MRI facility online, called them immediately, to see if they might be able to fit me in before my doctor's appointment. A this alternative facility, someone answered the phone and immediately proceeded to help me. I gave them a specific date when I'd like to come to their facility, hoping that they would at least offer some date/time around my request. In less than 10 minutes, this organization took my contact information, took my health insurance and doctor's information and booked me on the date I requested. This experience was like night and day compared to Innovative Open MRI.Based on my experience, Innovative Open MRI customer service model is terrible. Perhaps they should change their name to Innovative "Closed" MRI.Do yourself a favor, if you need prompt, professional attention, look elsewhere.

The receptionist at the lake mary location was courteous, but the Technician was irritated because I was coughing. I could not help it...tried to stop. My throat got dry from wearing a mask. I hope he change his attitude, because people like this reflect bad on a place.

I have just had an MRI, had one in 2019, at the Heathrow location. The staff atd wonderful throughout the process from Diane at the front desk to the technician who did the MRI. Both were very friendly informative and helpful. I am claustrophobic but this was a good experience. I have recommended place to my son who is also claustrophobic. Thank you.

I called this place to set up an appointment for CT Scan. It took 2 weeks, and 3 hours of my time to set up an appointment. I was the only one interested in setting up the appointment. Innovative did seem interested in me as a patient nor my business. I kept getting push back and constantly getting missed informed, to the point I felt mistreated and uncomfortable with them. I finally was able to obtain an appointment and in three occasion I got a call from them to re-schedule an appointment that was already scheduled. While I had Precision Imaging Center, calling me, texting me and emailing me to set up an appointment, without push back and nice people, Innovative Open MIR of Central Florida seemed NOT to want my business! The only reason I did not go with Presidion Imaging Center is because they are $75 dollars more expensive for the same Imaging. But I learned my lesson, next time I will pay $75 more for a better service and experience.

Got a low back MRI. They got me in two days, which was very good. Didn't have to wait long. I liked this open MRI better than my previous one. I was able to sit up the whole time rather than lying down and they had a TV with headphones to make the process less anxiety producing and claustrophobic. I was in and out in an hour or so. Overall, I would say it was a very good experience.

I have had 2 MRI's at Innovative Open MRI. They are very professional, efficient and I never have to wait very long. I'm so happy I found them! Big thanks to Diane, Will and Evan for taking great care of me.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Let me repeat it again ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The front desk is either understaffed, clueless or just plain lazy. I have been there twice, every time they lose faxes, scripts, no follow ups for weeks. They pick up the phone and when you remind them, they get defensive and combative. I have just had it with this office. So rude! On the flip side, the technician is doing an awesome job.

Wonderful experience compaired to a traditional tube MRI. Great customer service.
