My yorkie was completely butchered. He had a long top coat before he entered the doors and came out looking like my 2 year old grandchild found my scissors. I was so disappointed in the liberty the shop took at giving him a trim. I will not go back. They also did a horrible job with my poodle's cut. It was supposed to be a continental cut which they claimed they knew how to do. His head was cut too short and his shaved parts were left too long. Both dogs look like someone very inexperienced cut them (and it cost us $160).

This groomer is an artist. Your dog will look better than it's ever looked before. They are miracle workers.

I had my dog boarded there for three days, and provided them with a leash and a harness for walks. They could not give me an explanation on why my dog was leashed with a slip leash and ended up running away from whoever was walking him. Not only did my dog run away, but they were not able to locate him. Thankfully, I took matters into my own hands and was able to find my dog. There was zero accountability for the complete lack of care and negligence. I absolutely do not recommend taking your dogs here for boarding as they will not be safe.

Went in today for the first time with my mini schnauzer, loved the place. They did an excellent job, the staff members were great really sweet. I will be coming back. ♥️

Dropped off my dog for a long weekend when I needed a dog sitter/boarding in a pinch. I picked up my dog and she reeked of dog urine and her dog bed also smelled of dog urine. I’m not sure how well she was taken care of if she smelled like she rolled around in urine all weekend. I will not be taking my dog back here.

Adelaide started going to Hollywood houndz when I went to the hospital to have my son. Hollywood houndz was recommended to us by a family member and I'm so thankful they did. The staff is so knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They take excellent care of Adelaide. They were so flexible with us in our situation as well. I highly recommend!!

Lovely owners. Only looked around their shop at dog food options which they do have good premium selections but I would come back as well for their other services in the future as well.

My bulldog loves this place. We use the suite and have boarded him many times while traveling. Family owned and operated. Great techs. Playtime with other dogs. Grooming and pet supplies available at the store.

If you want your beautiful dog look terrible this is the right place for grooming. You will get this for $95. The very worst place to groom ever. The owner is also terrible. He screamed to me on phone that this is very professional hair cut.

I’ve been bringing in both of my dogs for baths, and today got my Aussie groomed. Dakota did an excellent job- she was super fast without sacrificing quality of the groom, and cut his hair exactly like I requested. I was a little nervous as this was his first haircut by anyone else aside from his retired groomer (me), but she really nailed it. I am super happy! Pattie is also very helpful and always makes me feel comfortable when I have concerns about my anxious pups.

This place is friggin awesome when it comes to grooming. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Today they were very accommodating, taking in my roommate's pug, Ralph, for a nail-clipping last-minute before the groomer's end of shift, even though we missed the earlier appointment due to sleeping in. The groomer, Dakota, is very nice and she's very friendly and playful with Ralph while doing his nails (I can hear it from the hallway), and Ralph is always happy and excited every time she brings him out after nail-clipping is done. This is definitely a top establishment for pet needs and I highly recommend them
