Do not use this company, they are CONS! They lost/stole all my life’s possessions during a move from CO to FL and defrauded me out of thousands for moving and storage costs. They were a no/show on my move in day and disconnected their phone, They have blocked me on social media. This company goes by several names including Straight Shot Moving and Hallmark Moving. Do not hire them!!

PLEASE READ THIS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYMy wife and I move from Colorado to Florida and contacted Arctic Van Lines to arrange for our move. Initially Geoff was extremely responsive and seemed to show genuine care so we felt comfortable using this company. We understood from the beginning that they were a Broker and that they would contract a separate trucking company to move our things. Based on the comments we saw online (most of them seemed positive) we went ahead and decided to use them. The first problems started when our items were picked up. We had informed the company, that we wouldn't be present to give directions because we had already moved, but we took pictures of what needed to go and also left clear directions. After all the work getting everything ready, one box was missed and initially the trucking company tried to convince us to just leave it behind. Geoff was very proactive in this stage and was able to arrange for the box to be picked up and removed $500 from our final bill, at this stage we were happy because things were handled. After the initial pickup our items were stored and passed on to a company called Smart Van Lines. If you google them, it says permanently closed which right away is a reason of concern. We called Arctic Van Lines to get an answer or an estimate on what day we could expect delivery and there was never an answer (guaranteed delivery date was April 14th) or they would just make something up on the fly. One day we get a call from the trucking company saying they were going to pick-up our items and start driving from Colorado to Florida. A few hours later they called us and say the truck was full so they wouldn't be able to pickup. After this we just started going in circles, Arctic Van Lines simply does not pickup the phone, the trucking company has blocked my wife's cellphone and we were told several times fake stories mentioning that their is a truck on the way to Denver to pickup our things, then they call back again with the same excuse that the truck was full and couldn't pick up and this goes on and on and on.Arctic Van Lines who hired this company and made a commission off it, took absolutely zero responsibility and has completely ghosted us. We are going to move forward with Legal Action against both companies as we have exhausted all our options. As far as we now all our furniture that is worth close to $100k has been stolen and this will now turn into a police matter that will be handled by our lawyers.Again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY these reviews are fake

The movers arrived promptly. Excellent service and competitive price, easy to use, and no hassle at all in our pickup and delivery of two sofas. The moving checklist was also a perfect added touch to send and helped ensure my move went smoothly. Best guys ever! Would 100% recommend and use it again?

There is nothing worse than moving but the crew from Arctic Van Lines was THE best! They were quick, funny, never complained and were very courteous. We did a 2 day move with them and I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

I strongly do not recommend Arctic. I chose Arctic because Dylan was friendly and offered me a good rate because he had a military customer going the same direction as me. Dylan wrote into the contract that their in-house moving company would do the work and it would not be brokered out to a 3rd party. The day before I moved I got an email notifying me that the move was brokered to a moving company 1.8 star reviews on google. I tried repeatedly to get in touch with the main office and with Dylan. Dylan was nowhere to be found. I finally got in contact with the main office after calling repeatedly for 6 hours. CJ at the main office told me there was nothing I could do other than cancel the contract. He agreed they lied to me and said that Dylan does this regularly. When the movers arrived, they charged me $1,000 for the exact same items that were on the inventory list. Again, I called Arctic and they told me my only option was to cancel the whole contract. When the movers went to deliver the items, they charged me an additional $300 because they said they couldn’t come in an 18-wheeler even though our apartment company allows it. They delivered only half our couch and butchered the half that they did deliver.Arctic promised me a $300 refund for all my troubles if I signed a release of liability. I signed this and they refused to answer the phone, email or pay.

I honestly don’t even know what to say. We booked with Arctic back in November 2021 for pick up this month (June 2022). Did inventory, they send you the copy of the inventory via email and you’re able to view it anytime. I would check it periodically just to see different info. Like what cubic feet did we get? What do we need to take off inventory because we have given it away or sold it, etc. The day had finally come for the movers to get here. We received a call from quality assurance 2 days prior and the driver called us the day before to schedule a pick up. And Dylan sent me the final inventory list. When the movers came we started going over everything compared to what he had. And some things were missing off the inventory list. So I go back into my email and click on the inventory check list that was sent 3 days ago. It says “ Access to this document expired! Call Customer Service!” so I did. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I called 3 or 4 different phone #’s that they have no one answered. Finally I got Michael on the phone and he said he didn’t know why I wasn’t able to access my inventory. So he said he would call me back. He never did. I even replied to Dylan’s email about the inventory list and the email address comes back as undeliverable, like the email doesn’t exist. What? Meanwhile I have this moving guy here and his helpers show up. 2 on scooters and one showed up after the boys had started loading up the truck. After everything was said and done I told my husband well now this company seems very suspect. Since November I had never had issues accessing my inventory list. The day of pick up I don’t have access and no one from this company has called me, emails are undeliverable and I still have no access. Don’t book with this company Arctic Van Lines! They have great customer service till it’s time for the big day. The customer service part is out of the window. They have your money they don’t care to serve anymore. Now I’m just hoping our stuff arrives ok. Uuuggghhhhh you’re better off with a more reputable company! Moving is stressful as it is. Just save the headache and worry and spend a few hundred more for the piece of mind! Just saying.

Horrific. They are a broker. They lied on the phone and said they own 4 moving companies and the move would be done by one of them. Instead, they brokered it to Smart Van Lines. At that point, Arctic washes its hands and you are lucky to get a hold of anyone again. Just absolutely brutal company. They don't care. You can't get a hold of anyone to save your life and when you do, they simply ask the courier for status. Think of it as a broker that just transfers you to any moving company - and in this instance - an awful one. They do not support you. Just be prepared.

December 2021:Beware!The company becomes a shell game if you have any damage to issues. they agree on an amount of $250 for damage of $1000 + in damages to our furniture from out October 2022 move. Since that agreement we can't get in touch with them or their sub contractor Hallmark Moving. The move timing was prompt, no complaint there. There was minor damage to furniture pieces in which the driver for the company was notified of and also emails were filed to no avail. Not even an acknowledgement. It is impossible to reach the subcontracted mover which is Hallmark Moving who was subcontracted by Arctic Moving. I called Arctic a couple of times and they stated they will notify Hallmark. Stay away from both companies, unless some damage doesn't bother you.Update as of 6/14/2022:After speaking numerous times with the Arctic customer service rep Michael, I was promised a the promised $250 out of $1000 in damages to NO AVAIL.Again, Stay away from both companies, unless some damage doesn't bother you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I had scheduled them for a move from Arizona to Texas. The quote they provided after one of their agents did a virtual walk though was $8,000.00, when the movers came they doubled it and told me they were going to charge me $16,000.00. I was absolutely not paying that. Arctic Van lies (intentional) was unwilling to help or stand by their quote. When I told them I would not be using them for the move they told me they were not going to give me the $1,500.00 deposit because I cancelled the same day. The reason I cancelled was not because I was not ready, it was because they tried to double the cost as soon as they walked in the door. DO NOT USE THEM! CJ is the "manager" I spoke with. He said he would have the owner call me, that never happened. I now have to pursue legal action to get my full deposit back.

The team was super flexible about my move. I honestly appreciate them for such hard work at every level and ensuring no damages happened during the whole move. During the entire moving process, we chatted about the growth of Arctic Van Lines as a company.

Will NOT recommend!! Quoted one price and paid a deposit. Only to be called back and quoted nearly an additional two thousand dollars for the exact same amount of stuff. Ended up having to pay an additional $350 for deposit fees. From the very FIRST conversation I stated and verified with the company that I could and would be paying the full remainder with a credit card. The first conversation occurred on 11/24/21. On 12/9/21 I again verified that I would be paying the full amount with credit card. When the movers got here and loaded all my stuff (moving company was contracted by artic van lines and are not at fault) they couldn’t take credit card. So I called artic van lines and was met with an extremely rude and dismissive costumer service agent that cut me off, completely unhelpful, said there was nothing that could be done, and that the only thing they would suggest is having the movers unpack everything and reschedule my move. Which would have costed me additional money to pay to the movers for their time and labor. Leaving me in the same situation to begin with. I called the representative I initially spoke with numerous times this week before my move with no answer or returned contact. And the fault lied fully with the scheduler who didn’t book with a moving company that accepted credit card. Which should have been clearly outlined in the notes and plan as it was what had been discussed from the very first conversation and repeated multiple times. When I asked to speak with someone else or someone higher up I was ignored and met with no response. This is NOT how a reputable company should operate and I’m extremely disappointed with their services.

Arctic Van Lines was outstanding from beginning to end. They proactively checked in with me as I was firming up my move-in date. I appreciated them staying on the ball, as you have a lot of things to take care of when moving. The guys arrived at the scheduled time and moved everything very quickly. I would definitely use them again!

The moving coordinator (Shawn) was great until we paid. After we paid, we needed to make some changes. We called, texted, and left messages. Shawn responded with a text from another number saying he didn't work there any more. Still no response. My biggest problem is the moving company they contracted for our move. They were awful! I would not recommend.
