“I was referred to TechBay USA to troubleshoot network issues I was having at my business. James was able to come out on a Saturday, and spent several hours going through all my hardware, as spectrum had said the issue was in my equipment somewhere. After confirming my hardware was functioning correctly, James was able to provide spectrum the necessary feedback to get the spectrum equipment working properly and get us back up and running. I fully intend to use TechBay USA for future IT needs.”
