Rolando & Chad were awesome, went above and beyond to help and be speedy when I was in a rush! I designed this gift tags at the counter on my phone & they helped me email the file to them, print and cut them out in less than 10 minutes. Also thank you to the owner for being reasonable regarding service fees. I get printing a bunch of Amazon labels is expensive, but the Brown Company that charges $10 to print in Orange City is absurd. Here, it's only like $3 for behind the counter services. Would absolutely come here again.

Gene P. Is the worst manager and an even worse human being.He charged me an extra $35 for printing same day. He knew I was in no rush but proceeded to print anyway without disclosing the additional fee. It’s a shame that people like him can hold managerial positions.

I went into the Fedex Location today at 1210 International Pkwy in Lake Mary, FL. I was shipping an old computer that doesn't work to a friend in another state. I packaged it in two of my own boxes, one small with the computer in it and a larger one to fit the smaller box inside. Both boxes had bubble wrap and the computer was well protected. I didn't have tape to close up the larger box and asked them if they could tape it closed and they said no problem.It wasn't until I told them that I was shipping out a computer that I had a problem. They said that it is REQUIRED to purchase a laptop box if I am shipping out a laptop. I pulled it up on their website and said that their website says it is recommended. I made it very clear and I asked them very specifically: Fedex will not allow me to send out a laptop with my own packaging and that I must purchase their laptop packaging for $25.00. I reiterated it several times and they made it very clear that every single Fedex in the country requires the customer to purchase a laptop box to use their services. They said Fedex will not honor a claim if the laptop is damaged. When they said that then I re-questioned them on the legitimacy of their requirement and they said Fedex will not allow me to ship it without me purchasing their box. I was in a hurry so I purchased they box, they took out my computer of my packaging and put it in theirs, and I said I would sort this out with customer service.Well guys, I called customer service and it turns out that it is not required. Just like it says on their website, they recommended that you use their packaging but it is not required. This wasn't a 5 second conversation where they threw in a sales pitch either. I was going back and forth with them and, again, they said I cannot ship with Fedex without buying the box. These guys are straight up lying to the customers to hit their revenue goals. I was deceived into purchasing an additional box for a 5 year old computer that doesn't even boot up. I was shipping it out to a friend to let him keep it if he can fix it.If it was an actual requirement then I would not be as upset. But these guys are straight liars. I plan on working with customer service for a refund for the box. Stay away from this location.

Oh man! Horrible customer service . Where do I begin? First they are very rude...Second don't go against the customer when it can obviously be done. If you want a certain box and you are paying for it then what is the problem? I seriously just lost 30 minutes of my time with BS. Should have gone somewhere else. And from some of the other reviews, there is obviously a customer service problem in this place. Blame management and corporate for not holding them accountable.Stay away from this place.

I am frustrated with that kind of service of rudeness and uncaring nature. Definitely not coming back here due to his lack of service. All we wanted to do is return an item and provided us misinformation about fedex in general not accepting returns that are not in boxes yet when we go to the company’s website it clearly shows they accept other ways of returns besides boxes.

Rich truly went out of his way with customer service and an above and beyond attitude with my order in July of this year. I had an older program I was using to create my pamphlets, and Rich went out of his way to help format my document and process my order. The pamphlets turned out great, and I will definitely order from here again. Thanks again so much!!

Love coming to this location in lakemary. Everyone has always been so helpful when I had to come here in the past. After dealing with some not so nice people at other postal locations today it was a breath of fresh air to have friendly staff be helpful and have more positive vibes. Thanks to all in staff today and to Rich. You all are awesome!

Needed to do a return on a package with prepaid return postage. First, I had to sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes because the doors were locked at 4:20 PM. I did everything correctly, but they told me they couldn't accept it because of the contents. Nothing in the return instructions indicated it couldn't be accepted at certain locations but, apparently, I need to go all the way to Longwood just to ship a package. Hey, FedEx, either accept all of them, or none of them. This selective BS doesn't work for those of us with things to do and having to pick up the slack for people unwilling to do actual work.
