Went out on a limb to better myself in spite of social anxiety and gym aversion, got inappropriately touched by a manager at the location. Waited months before reporting due to shock, upset, and disappointment but decided it wasn't fair to me to keep paying for an unsafe space and sent an email to corporate requesting ending the contract - local store became involved and denied any wrongdoing, only solution was for me to buy out the contract at 50% as per standard policy. Disgusting place with employees that will put their hands on you uninvited and charge you for the privilege.

Crowded so it's challenging to find parking and free machine to use. Not enough sanitizing options. (Wipes) And no heavy bag to use which is unfortunate given that my current gym is cheaper yet has bags, and more sanitizing wipes including more vacant machines to use. I was hopping to switch to esporta to save gas but because it costs more for less id rather spend on the gas for the better gym experience!

I paid $110 for one month. I signed up for a membership on June 10th. A week later I got a new credit card, therefore my card on file was expired. On July 12th I called to cancel my membership. They forced me to come down in person and speak the manager who’s only there Monday-Friday 9-5. When I made it down there they forced me to pay for the whole month of July. I said I’m only two days late and I’m leaving anyway. They said if I didn’t pay they would take it all the way up to COLLECTIONS! I was forced to pay $32 to LEAVE! Disgusting business practices.

Excellent staff at this gym. Rich and Jeremiah went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience at Esporta. Good equipment, nice people. Made my 6 week stay in a local hotel a much better experience.

Esporta Lake Mary is very clean, the locker rooms were very clean, no trash anywhere. The staff were also very nice and knew what they were doing. This gym is a very good spot to workout at.
