“This store is down the street from my job, and I work overnights so I go in there on my lunch break a lot. Amy is usually on duty when I go there, and she is ALWAYS making the store beautiful and baking fresh goodies for the day. My boyfriend is hooked on the chocolate chip cookies and Amy makes sure that I am able to pick him up a fresh six pack of cookies every day! I have been there on other shifts also and I can honestly say that all of the employees here are amazingly friendly and awesome and outgoing!!! I LOVE THIS 7-11!!!!”
“This store does have customer service issues BUT, the franchise owner is quick to address the issues you may have. I have had problems with this store but, in order for an owner to correct a problem it has to be brought to their attention. I would recommend this store. If you have an issue with anything, please allow the owner to correct any issues you may have before posting. I have called customer service twice and the franchise owner has called me back in under 2 hours.”
