I’ve been with this bank for 8 years first time ever making a dispute , I was out the country and my card was over charged the amount they physically told me then what they actually charged me , with the money being so confusing in a different country it was hard to know if i was being over charged at the time until i checked my account and seen what i was actually charged explaining this did nothing they told me I would have to go back to colombia and talk to the merchant what a joke ! Long story short they couldn’t credit me the 100$ saying the merchant declined it , but why would someone who stole money return it … They need to be more realistic very disappointing ! i’m just thankful it was only 100$ as i now see how easy it is to steal with chase and get away

All drive thru windows closed, hopefully to make the inside efficient, it is not. 8 people waiting in line for the bank tellers and it took 30 minutes to make a simple withdrawl. And don’t tell me to use the atm. The service is ridiculous.

Worst Service! Always low on staff!! The manager Mary is way too rude and apparently they cannot add a member to the account in one hour!!! Brings chase value down.. disappointing. Never visit this branch for customer service!!!!

Big fan of Chase...people get angry when they try to use their debit card for somewhat more money or at an unusual place and the card is frozen. . It may seem an inconvenience to them, but worth it to protect your hard-earned money from those seeking to steal it. Credit and debit card fraud is a very real and present danger.

Worst bank Ever. No one wants to work in this branch. They are rude to me. I was there couple of times and they did not entertain me. I have a savings and checking account with them for 17 years and planning to move them to Bank of America. They keep telling me that we dont have anyone to help and we are going out for lunch......No respect at all.

Worst bank ever! Puts 10 day holds on every check you try to deposit! It doesn’t matter the amount of money or where the check is from every time 10 to 14 day hold! Been bank here over year thought the longer you stayed the better it would get but clearly that’s not the case! Waiting for holds to be taking off my checks and will be closing all of my accounts with them!

I go to this location a couple times a month to do just basic banking and mostly to get out of the house. The team here is amazing but I notice the change in these lates months and one thing I can tell is that there's a new manager there by the name Rosa Diaz. She stated she' s what Chase call a Floating Manager and is needed. She is amazing in making me feel welcom and the team feels more alive or at least the atmosphere . Thank her for wanting to " see people" and being kind
