Made a deposit in this branch the machine couldn't process it i call and made the claim. I got told 2 hours to 2 days and now its been a whole week and still haven't received my money back. Right now i feel like this bank robbed my money and doesn't wanna accept that they robbed me $160 worst bank ever im leaving them as soon as this is solved. Wells fargo give you your money back at the spot not a week, a month or a year later like chase

Waited five minutes in the drive-through at the teller box and no one ever came on screen to say anything. Also, when you try to call them The recording simply tells you that all the tellers are busy and then says goodbye and hangs up on you. How a company can can not answer phone calls from customers is mind blowing. I was told they are too busy to take calls, when I asked. I guess I’m not an important and valued customer.

Today I had the privilege of working with Rosetta as my bank teller and her professionalism went above and beyond. She helped me with everything quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would recommend this chase bank.

It is a terrible bank in customer service, it happened to me that after a call I made, without prior notice they closed my accounts, the person who answered me on the phone was an employee named Linda, who treated me as if I were a criminal, she told me that It was a risk for the bank. Then when I went to the bank, thinking that there was an error in the communication on the phone, they asked me for my ID and cards ? and the employee named Gloria, ended up closing my accounts, leaving me without any money, and was hostile and verbalized and I quote: the things that are done in Puerto Rico cannot be done here, I felt like a criminal and even tears came to my eyes, since I felt HUMILIATED.

Today we were at this Chase unit, and we had made an appointment for service in Spanish, so we were attended by Mrs. Glória and she knew that my husband had requested service in Spanish, but she was so rude during the conversation to the point where she looked at him and said, This is the last time I'm going to talk to you in Spanish, implying that if she attended to us in Spanish she might for some reason lose her job. So I asked her why she had said that, since he had made the appointment in Spanish, given that he speaks Spanish fluently but not English. I honestly felt some prejudice because he didn't speak enough English. I will certainly consider speaking to a lawyer. The tone she used left my husband completely embarrassed, he came home so downcast and silent.

Unbelievable!!! This branch of Chase is the worst!!! Can you imagine a bank that doesn't receive coins... Money is money right ? it's like going to the mechanic and they don't have tools to fix your car... it's worthless.Some of the tellers are lazy and don't want to attend the costumers... They are too busy chatting with other coworkers...They should advertise "Only checks, bills, and online transfers" Awful bank.Please put your money somewhere else!!!!???

Do not do business at this branch, Gloria was unwilling to do her job unless we sent an email requesting an appointment. Why can't I just schedule one in person? This world has gone crazy.

I arrived to the office at lake Mary by 4:06 pm to open an account but they said that the manager was not there and it will take more than an hour. It’s unacceptable the people don’t give a solution. The think we still are in pandemic. The don’t care about customers.

This is the rudest bank. I've got a company account here, and it was 5 min before closing. They already had the doors locked, and she let customers out, and I asked if I could get some blank checks for my company . She basically slammed the door closed, almost hitting my foot.This manager needs to be fired. I'll be removing all my personal and business accounts to another bank.

Horrible experience told to wait never spoken to again. No one and I mean no one in this branch takes their jobs as customer service seriously. Watched them send out anyone who needed service. Shame on you
