Jodi and Melissa and all the folks I worked with at Certified Mortgage Planners were fantastic. They'll guide you through every step of the mortgage process and patiently field all of your questions. They approach the entire journey professionally, yet with humanity and humor. I couldn't have asked for a better team and definitely recommend using them for your mortgage needs. I don't know what that review from 2016 was about but that couldn't be the farthest from my experience. I'm still trying to convince Jodi to become my new BFF.

We were so lucky to have the rock stars at CMP on our team when buying our first home. They gave us such a great education along the way and took care of every little step in the process with time sensitive care. Everyone there is so friendly and cheered us on to the finish line. I worked with Jodi Goldbergs team and they were amazing. She and her team was always available anytime to talk. She actually provides her personal number so we had access to her anytime we needed it. We worked closely with Jodi and Jennifer and I have nothing but great things to say. At closing I was left with no surprises and everything went smoothly. As a first time home buyer I was prepared for the worst during the loan process but they made sure I had everything I needed and understood everything before we signed. She held my hand through the entire process. I can't recommend her enough. I know I'll be working with her when we are ready to buy a second home. Thanks so much ladies!

Ivan Torres and his team worked the impossible!! When buyers of my home originally used another incompetent lender and the deal fell through day before closing, they were referred to Ivan by Michele Rodriguez of Z House Realty in Orlando. I have been in Customer Service all my career. This is why I know he went above and beyond with integrity and fast resolution. I will always recommend Ivan and his team for the outstanding work and seeing this through!

I highly recommend Certified Mortgage Planners, this team is extremely professional and so nice, even with my busy work schedule, they made my first time home buying process so easy and stress free. I believe that the biggest thing that I greatly appreciate about this team is that they never made me feel stupid. Any question I had they answered with ease, and great patience. I would 100% use this team again.

Please don't work with this company. We were the sellers in a deal with them, and they were horrible to work with from the beginning (our contact was Carlos). First, we had to BEG them to schedule an appraisal, and when they got pressure from both sides of the transaction, they requested an extension, saying that their lender "dropped the ball" and was "pretty slow" to begin with, so they needed an extra 2 weeks on top of our 6 week contract to write the loan. We agreed to 1 week. Today, on our original closing date and 1 week out from our extended closing date, they told us that the buyers didn't qualify because of a stipulation that they were aware of from the beginning. 1 WEEK OUT! We're already moved out of the home and into another place! Their customer service is atrocious and their communication with both the buyers and our realtor as the sellers is lacking. Please pick ANYONE ELSE to use as your mortgage broker.
