“Many people rent vehicles and I think many of them see renting as a pain as well as not knowing if they receive a good car or not.
My recent rental with the Enterprise Rent - a - car. In Clermont, was the best experience I have had. Maybe ever.
I had a car accident and my car was destroyed. This was, by far, the best rental I have ever had. They came to the body shop to bring me a car. They gave me a very Camry and it rode like a dream.
My insurance would cover the rental for 22 days. Sadly, I couldn't the car I was looking for and the Manager of the Clermont branch went way beyond his obligation.
He extended my rental at the same price, which was aggressive to begin with, for an additional 7 days.
The manager of that location, Chris, deserves massive kudos for his efforts and his team. Renting from them should be high on your list the next time you rent. Perhaps I will there my next rental, if or when needed.”

“JESSICA AND ASHTON at the Sanford Florida air port location are AMAZING!! I had so many issues with Avis at this airport and ended up being stranded with my family of 7 and these guys at national so graciously helped me out. I was frantically trying to find a vehicle to fit my family after Avis canceled my rental and were extremely rude about helping me at all. My husband lost track of my 3 year old for just a minute and ended up having the the extremely kind airport security and national rental give some very kind and amazing help. It was a serious God send in such a stressful scary situation. Jessica and Ashton went out of their way to help me find a car that would fit my large family, gave it to me at less then what I would have paid Avis and even helped set me up with a booster for my daughter. They were so very kind and understanding and I was in tears with the generosity and willingness to help in my frantic situation. It is so hard to find people like this that will go out of their way to help and after my experience with Avis I was literally so so grateful for all they did. It was everything I would have asked for and more and I am a lifetime national customer after this experience. I hope these companies recognize that quality employees like this are so worth paying what they’re worth and should be compensated for their amazing customer service!! It is so hard to find this kind of service any more and when I come across it I want to be sure to share. Sorry it took me a bit but for reference this was back on Oct. 14th 2023. “I must have caught them in a bad day after my bad day. I was hit by a driver who fell asleep at the wheel. I had a reservation through my car insurance and was trying to get ahold of them to get a car. The phone rang and rang and rang no one picked up. Tried again today and success. Rex and the team were great and made everything easy as pie. Stress is high when you lose a vehicle for any reason. Once we got going this process was quick and easy.

“Before arriving to SFB I did do the check in option online. When It got to picking up my rental it was a quick and easy process. I got the car that I wanted, and all three of the staff members at the desk were very nice and pleasant. They were joking around with each other so it was a very fun atmosphere. They wished me well on my trip and made the whole process enjoyable! The car was in great condition, no complaints and there is a key drop off box but I just dropped it off at the desk and they still had a smile on there face and wished me a safe trip back home!”

I payed for a sports car, and ended up getting a luxury instead so I didn’t have to wait. Overall a good experience.”
“Raj Budhai, the Customer Service Manager, is absolutely wonderful! Our old car was having problems that our mechanic couldn't diagnose, and (even though it wasn't HIS problem) Raj worked REALLY HARD to help us fix it! “Starting the review with saying both Raj and Eric are amazing humans who do try to help. Raj showed me the ropes on how to use the vehicle as I hadn’t driven a fully electric one at this time. They got handed a weird lot and sometimes in retail / customer service industries that can be bigger deal.The car itself, wasn’t my cup of tea -there was a little delay as to which location and just finding charging stations ??♀️Although, the experience was educational and I’d probably never have driven a tesla otherwise.It’s easy to be frustrated, just remember that customer service isn’t for the faint of heart. BE KIND! ☺️?”

“I saw a lot of bad reviews , if you’re not gonna read the agreement don’t sign , it was simple and people keep saying they charged me for gas…. Well. You get it on full bring it back on full. I saw people mad about charging 10$ a gallon witch yes is high but remember they are paying some one an hourly rate to tame the time out of there day that the business is paying them to fill in the gas so it evens out . And they have me a Camaro for under 400/ a week with manager special.”
