“Caliber Collision did repairs on my vehicle after it was rear-ended on I-4. They communicated very well and provided expectations of what work was needed and when it would be completed. They met or beat every expectation.
When I picked up the car, they had buffed out some paint scratches from two other incidents where the car was hit.
Alex was fantastic. She explained how one part of the damage appeared cosmetic but they would get a better look at it. Turns out that it was cosmetic and an easy fix.
I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job at a fair price (insurance picked up the cost but Caliber did honest work) and communicated throughout.”

“My husband and I were heading home from a trip and the battery in his F150 truck went completely dead. I called the store, since I had bought a battery for my own car not long ago and the Manager, Mark, was very helpful and informative. We had to have a service company come jump us but, thankfully, by then we weren't too far away. After we arrived at Auto Zone, Josue helped us out right away. We bought a new battery and he did a great job installing it. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Our check engine light had come on and Josue ran diagnostics tests to determine the problem and get it corrected.
I can't say enough good things about this particular store. We interacted with other team members and everyone was great. I was able to meet Mark in person and could see what a great management style he had.
We will definitely continue to return there for any auto assistance we need.

“My daughter's battery was dead at the Debary Sunrail, train station… We went to jump her car and it was blocked in by vehicles on all sides… We popped into the AutoZone in Debary and Cisco helped us. He loaned us a portable car battery jumper and told us to bring the car back to AutoZone and they would test the battery. We jumped the car and got back to the AutoZone within 10 minutes. Cisco tested the battery and it was definitely dead… He checked the date to see if it was still under warranty, unfortunately it was not. We purchased a new battery and he changed it out for us and we were out of there in about 15 minutes.
This was our first time at this AutoZone and they made two new customers!!

“I recently purchased a new Dodge Durango out of the area, but moved shortly thereafter and near the Sanford Dodge Dealership. With only 800 miles on the vehicle I had a near catastrophe warranty issue. It was a late Saturday afternoon so I called service hoping to figure something out. I got a hold of Tyler 30 minutes before his weekend was to start and despite that he went above and beyond to help me, which got me through to an appointment on Tuesday morning. I arrived at 7:30 on Thursday morning and within an hour they had everything figured out and taken care of for me. I will be using Sanford Dodge for all of my future service needs on my Durango even though they are literally twice as far as a closer dealership.”
