Historically , I've had a great experience at this facility. Below is a past review.
However, I've now had three CT appointments for the same CT, and I've shown up for all three. Upon arrival though I've been told they have not gotten approval from my insurance company. That's partially my insurance company's fault. For today's appointment my doctor had a peer to peer review with the insurance company's doctor and I had an authorization code, which I provided to the scheduler. Upon arrival I was again told they couldn't reach my insurance company to verify the code. My issue is each time they could have sent me a text or left me a message letting me know this so I didn't waste my time going there. Today they said my voicemail must not have been set up. It's been set up for over 15 years. Also, two other callers had no issues in calling me or leaving a voicemail. I also had no missed calls from anybody. I'm now going elsewhere for my CT because the third time was not the charm. *****

I arrived early and they took me back as soon as I sat down. I have been to this facility three times and each one has been a good experience.

Beautiful facility and very efficient. The imaging Technicians are knowledgeable and very kind. You are in and out quickly.

Everything went smoothly (check in time, oral contrast consumption-bluck!! I had one male staff that was quite rude in the Imaging area. Thankfully they changed him out with different staff.
I do feel that the Imaging department should do 2 things:
1. Have an OPEN MRI machine. If you are newly built, it is a shame that you did not insist on an OPEN MRI machine.
2. Give the patients an OPTION of wearing a Hospital GOWN or wearing the Hospital Scrubs. As much as I don’t like Hospital gowns, I would have preferred a Hospital gown. I was told that was not an option.

Very nice! Staff is friendly and helpful. They run on time, which is a big plus. Great experience.

The greeters were pleasant and accommodating. Kristina, who conducted the test, was amazing. I'm not talking about just being capable and asking the right questions. She was thorough and genuinely cared about my situation, concerns, and intentions. Kudos to Kristina and management.

Very comfortable environment. Staff friendly and very helpful. Forgetting to make an appointment I was concerned that I would not get my results before my doctors appointment. Staff was very accommodating and was able to squeeze in between appointments. Will continue to use this facility in the future.

Fantastic facility. Operationally it is run like a well-oiled machine. Clean, state of the art. Friendly staff. And lovely coffee in the lobby!
