I joined a month ago. It’s been an adjustment and there’s a lot they can improve upon.
The locker room doesn’t have private dressing rooms like other gyms. If you want to change clothes in privacy, it’s gonna have to be in a bathroom stall. That would be fine if they were clean, but they’re usually damp, have unflushed toilets and toilet paper wads on the floor. There’s one hook on the back of the stall door in which to hang your gym bag and clothes. It’s not practical.
The paper towel dispensers you’re supposed to use to wipe down the equipment are often empty. I’ll hunt around for one, but most others won’t. They just walk away and leave their sweat behind.
Classes are a plus. I just wish this place were a lot cleaner.

This gym is super clean...AND they have pickleball 3 times a week, which is amazing! I like the convenience of being able to buy protein the shop.

The gym is pretty nice. It’s not too big and it’s not too small. Its also pretty helpful that the gym is only two minutes away from me. Jason, the attendant that was working tonight was very polite and nice to talk. I appreciate his natural ability to be kind. Hard to find now n days. Keep up the good work, brother.

I emailed the district manager about possibly freezing my account temporarily since I Had other expenses on the horizon to take care of and she replied to me saying to speak to the local GM. Next thing I know is I get an email from the GM stating my personal training membership has been canceled. Never once i had an opportunity to discuss if I wanted to move forward with the cancelation or keep my membership active. Very bad communication and business practices. Now I fear if I can get my membership reinstated I'll be stuck paying a higher price.

Membership, canceled. After finding out that employees can wear BLM, pride or Juneteenth clothing anytime employees want, but the American flag can only be worn on specific days like July 4th. Not giving my money to them EVER AGAIN. This whole company can now rot.

Gym facilities are super good, especially given the price point. Locker rooms aren’t always the most clean and soap dispensers in the shower need to be refilled more frequently. Aside from those small things though the gym is absolutely great.

So Rude, they charged my annual fees without out letting me know. I have not been to this quite a while, they are so ridiculous.
