Amazing experience with Jennifer and Joey. We drove by a nice truck looked at it and had to come back . After a few back and forth trying to find the best interest rate and deal for us we finally finalized and drove of with the truck my husband wanted . The way Jen helps you out through the whole process holding your hand to make sure you get the best deal makes me one great full customer.

I assisted my daughter with a purchase of a Lexus SUV from Joey and Jen around 5 years ago. They were very easy to deal with from the test drive to signing the final paperwork. It's hard to find an auto dealer that doesn't feel like an "auto dealer", but they pull it off well. My daughter is still driving the Lexus to this day and it has been problem free up to this point. In fact, chances are real good it will get handed down to my son who is 15 now. Clear the roads people. After he manages to destroy it, I'm sure I'll be headed over to LHA again to assist him in getting another. Thanks guys!

I will be contacting lawyers due to the situation that I was left in..... the mental anguish that I go through knowing that I was ripped off and lied to about the vehicleSo I was ripped off and taken for a fool by lakehelen auto and it is beyond unfair that I would be towed a car was accident-free and then find out and purchase it for $16999 plus tax tag and title which is beyond 17,000..... As time went on me by me riding around in this vehicle I realized the steering isn't quite right the front tires that were on it wore out within a month on the front the gasket around the headlights has paint on it and that would not come from the factory that way that was there because somebody had repaired the front end which really upsets me because I would not have bought this vehicle for that price knowing it had been an accident when I got tires for this vehicle due to the other ones wearing out quickly they told me at the place that I got the tires that the front right rim was bent which is also another clue that this was in an accident I would never have paid $17,000 plus dollar for a vehicle that was in a front end collision

I was shopping for my car from many dealerships in the east coast and Jennifer and Joey were the most professional, courteous, honest, and flexible dealership I came across. They went above and beyond to get my business. I was looking at an car from out of the state and I wanted as much detail as possible before I took my trip out there to look at the vehicle and they did everything I asked and more. They respond very quickly and also my car was meticulously detailed it was like new. Even after purchase Jennifer made sure all the out of state registration was all in order, they’re wonderful. Would definitely recommend them, you wouldnt believe how bad some other dealerships are compared to Lake Helen. Thank you both so much!

Joey and Jennifer made an overwhelming, stressful situation as smooth and easy as possible. I got a great car at a reasonable price (inflation has hit every facet of life). They helped me figure out the financing, and the paperwork went so smooth. I’ve had my vehicle for over 3 weeks now, and I am very satisfied with my choice. Jennifer made me feel at ease and comfortable with the process the entire time; communicated with me via text. She was also super kind and giving to my 3 year old daughter who was with me at the time. Very thankful and blessed I found these guys!
