Our time there last weekend was amazing. Visited the trail and got lost for hours enjoying the shops. You must stop in the hotel and meet Mia!!! My reiki session with her was magical and I’m definitely returning for more. Mia has a gift and connection beautiful to be around. So much more we wanted to do planning our trip back!

I had visited this hotel several years ago and this hotel was in awful condition. I heard a new corporation took it over so I thought I’d give it a second chance….big mistake! Although the restaurant and main floor were enchanting the rooms where you actually sleep were sub-standard.The beds were uncomfortable and made their own special sounds evertime you move. The comforters looked like they were old/thread worn. Mold was embedded around the a/c units and obvious filth all along base boards and blinds. Hotel rooms badly needs paint job and some deep cleaning. Antique furniture is musty and May cause breathing problems. I’m just warning everyone to find a clean place to sleep, as this place is not it. Fun restaurant and entertainment.

My 2 Siblings and I stayed here on October 30th. The staff at this hotel are absolutely AMAZING. Very friendly! We loved Dawn. The restaurant staff is awesome as well. Our Server was Debbie. She rocks! Food was soooo good. Many compliments to the Chefs and Cooks. Thank you to all of you.

I HATE that I have to leave a negative review. I wanted so badly for this trip to work out.Arrived to the hotel, immediately turned off by whatever awful smell was happening inside. The woman at the front desk was nice enough and very accommodating, but whoever was sitting with her was either confused or just didn’t care, and literally commented on my moms clothing, in a negative way…out of nowhere. Okay well this is kind of an odd town and we could get past all of that. We get up to our room…and the smell was WORSE! it was musty and made us gag. The bathroom was yellow… I mean stained yellow….everything. And the toilet was practically in the shower. Which was filthy. The sink was stained, and the beds were practically on the floor. The door barely locked. I know this is a “historical” hotel, but we have stayed in many and never experienced anything like this. We checked out an hour later. It also claims to be haunted. Which I was so excited for…but it all seemed like such a hyped up money grab of a hotel. We checked out, without a refund, even though the hotel was disgusting, not even offered an apology. I think we spent a total of 15 minutes in the actual hotel before we booked it out of there and drove to a whole new city to explore and stay. Such a waste of money, and definitely does not live up to expectations. I don’t think I’ve ever actually written a bad review about anything, but this was absolutely terrible.

This gem cannot be described by words... It's a whole vibe. I try to make a yearly visit and share it with as many people as possible. One night is definitely not enough and I highly recommend asking for an upstairs room. I've been planning to go back soon; never had such intense readings like when I'm here.

Amazing stay for my 50th birthday. Loved the peacefulness. Our room had an outside door to an enormous patio. Sessions could be held on site for a variety of readings. Lovey shop with crystals and other spiritual items. Everyone was so kind. Amazing Senatras Restaurant with delicious foods. Saturday is a must. So many talented singers and DJ. Piano bar in the evening was perfect. From the furnishings to the people....had an amazing time. Can't wait to come back!Rooms: Adorable. Very clean.Safety: VeryWalkability: Easy walk around the town.Food & drinks: Amazing variety. We had friends come celebrate and all the food was amazing.

I was in Cassadaga for my first time last Thursday. I visited some trails, gift shops, the museum and stopped by to see the hotel. This place is immaculate. The interior is beautiful and the hotel looks amazing, having been in service for over a hundred years. Unfortunately I didn't have time to book an overnight stay but I absolutely will in the near future. Such a peaceful place and beautiful gift shop inside the hotel. I look forward to returning and staying there for a night or two!!!Walkability: Within feet of gift shops, nature trails, a museum and a post officeFood & drinks: There's an Italian restaurant on premises called "Sinatra's" and a little cafe area near the gift shop.

This week' Was my person that was doing my reading. I couldn't help but clear his conversation out in car park, how he was ragging about his landlord or somehow's made, of his being incarcerated. "I'm living rent-free" and even braggged. I have been a victim of this act. Watching this, I felt ill. So when I went for my reading he invited me to come back 11 to 5 the following day I just rather not come.This is embarrassing to have seen, and I don't live here.S. L

came here as an overnight getaway for my husbands birthday and our Anniversary. Ambiance was extremely peaceful and an "at home feel", they have a great selection of crystals that will lift any mood your in. The energy around you is very positive. The decor is very old world which is my personal style. The hotel also feeds and takes care of 50+ TNVRd cats and I enjoyed very much spending time with Gretal and Shadow on the veranda. Everyone was very welcoming. Every penny was well worth spent.
