“I am so thankful for LP & Sons auto care! My daughter is away at college at Stetson and I'm an hour away. My daughters car (Volkswagen Bettle) started acting up. I was stressed to not only find a place to fix a foreign car but some place that would treat my daughter, who is 18, fairly. I called up and spoke to Terrance. Terrance was very professional and put my mind at ease. My daughter took her car down the same day and LP & Sons offered to take her back to school and pick her up once car was done. LP had the car diagnosed and fixed, at a reasonable price, within a day! We were even given a 10% discount for my daughter being a student. I wish I had the words to describe how happy I was with the service. Take your car here! You won't be disappointed!! Thank you again Terrance and Max!!”

“I traded in my husky 701 in for a KTM 690 SMC R last April. My mechanic had a friend that worked there I never dealt with them before. Not too long after the salesman moved on to a different dealer. The old manager never gave me any sort of attention or replied to my emails. I had a problem with my 690 and I just had to give them one more chance and I’m glad that I did because they have a new manager. If you had any bad experiences with them in the past, give them another chance they’re really top-notch now! They went above and beyond trying to troubleshoot my problem with my bike overheating. Ben the manager kept in touch with me and oversaw the repair and was always quick to get back to me. Mark from the beginning to the end was nice, professional, and easy to talk to and got stuff done. Mark, the service manager was great at everything! So if you remember nothing about this review, just remember they’re a great dealer and they’ll give you the attention that you deserve! BRAAP BRAAP MF !!!”
“Update 2023. We are still using this business and have been very pleased with the last 5 years of work? I just recently had Brian do a engine swap on a lifted Dodge. It was very affordable it took him 15 hrs to do the swap which includes him rebuilding my engine as well. He did not stop until he had it in. He also let me get hands on with him and he taught me a lot about my truck. He kept me calm through the whole process and my truck runs better than it ever has. He turned a lifted mud truck to a everyday driver. I have no leaks, no vacc issues or computer codes popping up. He also does custom work which is hard to find this guy does it all. Very grateful to have met Brian and Jennifer . thanks.”

“In preparation for our daughter moving 1200 miles away, we asked Regency to do a full once over on her 2016 vehicle. We just wanted to make sure everything was safe. They gave us a full detailed report on everything. What was important to change now and what will need to be changed soon with a cost breakdown on everything. Then they stayed late to make sure everything that needed to be done prior to the 1200 mile trip could be done before she left. We won’t take our car to anyone else!”

“A Flawless Job on my mom's truck A/C the truck is a few years old but they replaced the evaporator core/ heater core/ actuator/ and several other parts of the system, Everything worked Perfect then a week later one of the parts installed had an issue Not from the work it was a part that had a Fault so they replaced that New part & Labor to change it out Free of charge, I Highly recommend the place Quality of work second to none.”

“Long story short I have a BMW that was going to need quite a bit of service done, after being quoted an insane amount by the dealership I started searching in my area on an independent mechanic who dared to tackle a foreign vehicle. They came out quickly gave me more than a fair estimate a little less than half of what the dealer wanted. My car was definitely a challenge but they got the job done!!! I definitely plan on using them in the near future.”

“M4T (yes you can use that to rebrand. :)) was on time and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, got into doing the work, found out it was something deeper causing the problem. Quickly shifted gears (Like the car terms?), pushed on the gas and got after it. Ended up being a snapped bolt in the engine block and he had to contort himself like one of those Cirque De Soleil actors to get in there and painstakingly, tap on the back of the screwdriver to back it out. After that, ran to the store got the new part and put it in. He didn't quit or try to charge me more, like most mechanics would. Very honest and I would let him work on any of my cars. CALL HIM!!!!! (and if he doesn't answer, leave a message. He'll get back with you. The reason he doesn't answer, is he is diligently working on another customers car)”

“Windshield claim was processed through my insurance. They were professional overall, and the team that came out did a good job. However, I was disappointed to find a scratch on the plastic that I wasn't informed about. It seems their reciprocal tool may have bounced and caused the damage. It's not a major issue, but I would have appreciated being told about it rather than discovering it on my own. Transparency and communication could have been better."”

“As a Ford Certified Senior Master technician I can tell you that a better shop doesn't exist. I don't turn wrenches anymore, I run a shop 20 miles away. I use Tru Tech for all my rebuilds and they provide better quality than local remanufacturing companies. Wish I could give them 12 stars!!!”
“I went to highland tires because my tire pressure was dropping drastically the past couple days and i couldn't find a nail or anything in it. I was just going to buy a new tire but then they said they'll check it themselves just incase and sure enough there was something lodged in there. they patched it for $10. they couldve very well upsold me and sold me a tire but they didnt. they are very honest people and i will be returning if i encounter any more tire problems”

“Reasonable with price on parts, fair with price on labor and gets the job done in a timely manner. Also guarantees his work!!! I'm leary now dealing with mechanics after what I've been through since I've gotten my car that has had problems since day 1. I have to say though he is the first mechanic I've had in a LONG time that actually keeps his word! If he says he isnt going to charge you for something, he doesnt try to get around it by charging you for something else to make up for it. He really doesn't. ?
I really wish I would have heard about him sooner before throwing all the money I have away on my car. If I could give a Ten star review I would. Highly recommend ??”
