I went to the Whack a doo on the corner of Baya and country club Road. I’ve been there several times with my son. I brought my daughter and my 2 granddaughters I went yesterday and got my own haircut. Trina was the stylists who did all our hair. WOW, she did an amazing job. Definitely got my business and anyone else I can tell word-of-mouth

I have tried to bring my son here twice now during the posted business hours. Open sign will be on but no one is there. Not even at 2pm

I almost walked out. The person before me said his haircut was uneven. She worked on it for a while then said "do you feel better now"?As if it was about feelings?She made a face at me and didn't seem too thrilled I walked in. There was piles of hair everywhere that looked like it was from the previous several customers. Even by the door and waiting chairs were hair balls right at the entrance.I didn't see any haircut books most places have and the hard wood benches were uncomfortable. So finally my turn. She didn't bother sweeping up all the hair from other people around the chair. I didn't want to be rude by walking out but should have. I told her I didn't want my hair cut too short and she said that's the style now and cut it way too short.Didn't ask if I wanted my sideburns cut. And barely blew off the hair on my shirt and neck or face when done. I stuck my head out the window going home. She worked quick though. 15 dollars.Asked me too many questions where I was from and went to school and lived here how long, where do I work ect but that's ok.I felt she could have had a better attitude though but that's this area and lake city. She could have also dressed nice or professionally.I was a little grossed out she sat down and stuffed her face with chips and dip right after cutting someone's hair no washing hands or cleaning the area nothing.People she knew came in and received her undivided attention. I noticed my haircut was a little uneven on top when I got home.I liked the music and the wall paint inside though.Seriously the hair all over the floor and around the haircut chair grossed me out.I also had to spin myself around to see the back. Usually they do that for you.Her regulars hard staring at me like cows made me feel aukward too like I was being judged or from another planetI guess I'm used to being pampered and truly serviced.This area has very very simple people.I hate to leave a bad review but hair cut is all uneven and way too short. She took the shortest buzz clipping to the sides. It looks like a butchered mess."Wack-a-doo". I should have known better.The lighting is terrible. I'm now looking in the mirror and my fade is higher on the right side and further past my ear than the left. She seemed more concerned with people she knew that came in. Talked to them instead of me and suddenly my haircut was done. Like to rush me out of there.My haircut is uneven.Next time I'm going to a salon. I support local business, but if you're that miserable and don't care work at Walmart or stock shelves. She might as well have ran the shop from her living roomI left hating my haircut, it looks unfinished. I'm gonna have to try and fix it myself now.

Haircut was awful. Lady was rude and very judgmental about having tattoos. Stated she “didn’t like them” and then didn’t cut one whole side of his head! Unprofessional!!Service: Haircut
