Joe was so honest. Instead of trying to sell my son and I both phones, he just upgraded my sons phone and recommended I switch to my sons old phone because it was still much newer. I truly felt like he genuinely cared about us and not just his pocket like other verizon stores ice been to. Thank you Joe. You're my guy from now on.

Came into this store with a phone that wouldn't work anymore. Joe did everything he could before trying to sell me a new phone. That says a lot about him and that store and I won't go anywhere else from now on. It was definitely a great experience for once at Verizon.

I have worked with this Verizon dealer for years now and it surpasses any experience I have EVER had with the Verizon corporate locations. Mia was amazing when she helped me get started with my 5G home WiFi router. 5 stars would definitely recommend this location for any of your tech needs!

My rep was Mia, I went in yesterday because I broke my phone and I got sent a new one and Mia stayed 30 minutes after closing time and diligently helped me figure out how to transfer from my old phone to new phone. She was very kind in helping me and I overall had a great experience.

I went to this store by Publix because I needed help with my new phone. The salesman Joe was able to fix my phone up and had enough patience to show me how to use some features. He even opened my account and applied a $10 a month discount which I didn't even ask for. Please use this store for your Verizon needs and work with Joe. He's an honest and great guy at this store.

Went in to replace my phone today and had Cody Stormant. Everything went smoothly and I even ended up getting a new charging block and case! Thanks for awesome service! Y’all go in and see him. I guarantee he will take excellent care of you!
