They don’t answer their phone and it always goes to voicemail. You can’t pay for labels to have something picked up from your house. Employee said that was per their manager. To have something picked up from your house you have to have the prepaid shipping label. If someone ever answered the phone, I would have been able to not waste my time and gas to find this out.

Drove an hour to get here to drop off an Amazon return. I'm told they have no internet and their is nothing they can do. I told them that they should close or notify Google that they are closed for business and was laughed at by the CSR. Terrible customer service.

Although offline, they will accept Amazon returns providing “offline” printed labels that do not offer much if any detailed information. Phone service for follow up is not supported and when in store for a in person follow up then faced with a reminder of what other costumes have already voiced their concerns about for this location; very assuming young adults that have little to no notion of what costumer service, past your standard greeting, is like. Day plus after the offline conundrum and package is un accounted for (@ our end). Will not return to this location even if the un accounted for package ends up in the lost and found. It is understandable that these returns and some of us clients when experiencing technical issues can be a bit challenging; however, your costumer service representatives, should be mature enough to process costumer inquiries (provided these are properly expressed) w/o the assuming, interrupting, elementarily re-explaining to the then victimizing after their behavior triggered an adult’s response to their children like behavior. Very un- satisfied costumer on this end.

This location refuses to print things for its customers. Refuses Amazon returns. They have been sending customers to Office Depot for 2 months. Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful. Literally told me to go somewhere else. I guess they don't like making money?Came back after submitt8ng a print order online only to be told they couldn't do that either. False advertising online and on the windows. Still telling me to go to another business. Rude teenage employees that don't seems to want to do their jobs. And no manager on-site...?? How is every other UPS store can print things but this location is so incapable. And I can't get a refund on my paid for print order.

They do not print Amazon return labels anymore. They lied and said their email is down, then said the manager decided Amazon returns are too much hassle. So, a bunch of lying children work there. Useless.

It's always very busy every time I've had to come to the UPS store, but the staff is great, very nice and friendly, and also helpful. Once you get through the line, if there is one, it's a quick process.

What an absolute joke of a place. They have a cell phone as their main number, and they will charge you hundreds and screw your package up. Avoid this place at all costs.
