Our package was never delivered ... the driver would not knock on the door ... showed up at our home and put a sticker on the door that they were sending package back to the sender. I had to get the medical supply company involved and they private couriered another oxygen concentrator to us. They are filing a complaint against UPS.

Apparently UPS dont know how to use GPS to get to my house. i have never had success with packages being delivered through UPS. I would never use them but unfortunately companies that i order from do. To them its just "file a claim" but now i got to jump through hoops to get something replaced that was never delivered by them. I even called and ask them to leave by my mailbox. But they would not. Now i dont have it. Id rather give zero stars. I wish companies would let us choose who we want to deliver. Nobody else has a problem finding me.

Kevin crews I believe was the driver in fort white fl today went above and beyond to help make sure my package was delivered and safe today I really appreciate the extra step he took to help me out thanks again great customer service he had and was very respectful

When they deliver UPS packages on Antelope Loop they treat them like their frisbees they don't even bother coming to your front door they just throw them the out the UPS truck so they can land in the bushes on the ground wherever but they never take them upstairs to your front door free. I never

The drivers are rude and don't care. A few months ago, one delivered some paperwork and when I thanked him, he just rudely brushed me off. Now, more recently, they just drop off PERISHABLE MEDICINES! In the summer heat??? Really??? They don't knock or otherwise make sure I'm home so it doesn't sit out and go bad?! They also will leave boxes out in the rain. Bad. Very bad. Pathetic way to run a company. I expect this from USPS, but I guess UPS is just as bad.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and quick service. I find them more affordable than the actual post office. The last store I used in Lake City, Florida was the same way. However, they do not sell money orders. I have certain things I use money orders for. It would be fantastic if that service could be added.

It has been a headache getting packages delivered to our home, well its probably because we never get our packages, our neighbors do.. I was getting very frustrated with the situation but thankfully I received a call back from the center and things were worked out. Customer service here is pretty great.
