This place is trash. If you arrive early, they won’t take you anytime soon if you arrive late, they charge you $158. Been in a door for over 3 hours now with zero movement in the trailer for unload. Why put Drivers in a door to make them wait that long and put strain on their reefer units? This entire place needs a better system, or employees with common sense.

Arrived at 1435 for a 1500 appointment. Got a door right away. It's 1720 right now and they still haven't touched my trailer. This is 2024 I don't understand why unloading is such an issue with all the technology and equipment. People from third world countries unload trucks alot faster than this.
It just sucks that we driver as a whole allow companies to treat us like this with no regards for time and money. Also they will charge 150 if you are late but you can take 5 hours to unload.
Bottom line we truckers need to start uniting or else Starbucks employees will be making more money than us

Starting with the good. They have clean restrooms and a clean drivers lounge. But these people are some of the slowest workers ever. Most of the drivers were standing around waiting for someone to check them in. Maybe it was just a bad day but it took a while to get checked in. There are no pilots or loves near this place. I think there is overnight parking in the back of the lot.

Those people are lazy and incompetent , 5 am APPOINTMENT, i got a door at 4:10. Am , now 10:00 am they didn’t start working on my trailer. What is wrong with them and if we are late for appointment they have 145$ late fee ?. So far that place is the worst delivery place this year.

This is the worst place to delivery .app at 7pm. Check in at 4pm.they give me the door at 7.pm donde start to work in the truck until 10am next morning .out at 12.don't come to this place..

Stay away from this place,this is one of the horrible places I ever been to,18hrs total I been here for 6 pallets, never again,I guess you have to be extra sorry to WORK here to this place, I'm pretty sure if you tell them in the interview you are a hard worker,I'm pretty sure the interview is over WOW

Today wasn't the day ..
This place was behind in all the load.. waiting time was a disaster..... 5-6 hrs wait time to get loaded... Sucks

Facility is slow to load trailers. However there is overnight parking, restroom, & vending machines..

My appointment was at 0800, sent to door 0830, was called at 1230 to get my paperwork. People were pleasant enough, plenty of parking, restrooms inside were good.

Very slow people. Checked in at 12pm for 5pm appointment they gave me dock at 5pm and started picking my order. it took them over 3hrs to finish picking. They will charge you $158 if ur 30min late, but they can't do anything for 3hrs.

Depends on how busy they are and if your product is staged and ready. I would advise checking in early.
The Good:
thing they have overnight parking.
And bathroom inside building.

I checking at 8:00 am my appointment for 11:00 am they give me door at 11:44 am out at 10:22 pm very bad for delivery

Overnight parking allowed, plenty of space to park, just enough space to back into docks, could check in early but might still have u wait till appointment time,YOU NEED TO HAVE A 6 DIGIT CONFIRMATION NUMBER THAT STARTS WITH #1 restrooms,vending machines,free coffee, THEY LET YOU GO INSIDE WAREHOUSE TO SEE HOW THEY LOAD YOU, waited about 6hrs total might be diffrent for everyone.
