Originally everything was very acceptable, as well as professional. I noticed a very distinct change in attitude once it was determined that I am experiencing great financial difficulties. I feel certain that once it was determined I could not afford a new computer because of a family crisis that has restricted liquid cash, the attitudes changed considerably and became less interested in the pursuance of establishing a long-term relationship with me. However, I believe in tomorrow and New beginnings.

Bought a new Lenovo laptop and was super annoyed to find out that, in Windows 11, Microsoft has blocked access to Google Chrome "for security reasons". What a crock! Anyway, these guys out-smarted Microsoft and installed Chrome for me in less than 24 hours. Their friendly, savvy service was worth every penny!

Get a GOOGLE Chromebook, you will never need these folks, EVERYTHING is uploaded to the cloud and the chromebooks are cheap, NO need for these folks anymore, when the chromebook craps out just go buy another one, it is always upgraded and no virus/trogen horse issues. You DON'T have to worry about loosing anything or updating anything. Think of a chromebook as a Global terminal.

I was having computer trouble awhile back, so I brought my computer here to be fixed. I told them I was in college and needed it back ASAP. The next day I got a phone call to come get my computer. When I asked what was wrong with it, the guy told me he just had to spray some compressed air into the fan to get the fan working. He handed me my computer and said I was good to go, and I asked how much he told me it's nothing it was part of the diagnostics, I gave the 20 bucks anyway for his trouble and saving me from paying a 60 diagnostic fee from going somewhere else, and my computer was working great. These are very friendly and honest people. If I need computer work done agin, this is where I'm going.
