Rude!!! It’s going to take them a day or two to send an email of my taxes?!!! Even after i told them I’m trying to put in an offer on a house. She said if you want to come in and wait for it you sure can. Just snotty rude!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Condescending, unfriendly staff from the receptionist to the tax preparers. I would never recommend this office.

Went to an accountant to have our returns done; they wouldn't even touch them. Went to H&R Block, who held onto my papers for 3 months before they said they couldn't do them. They referred me to Jack at Tax Plus Solutions. Jack has been fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A+ service.
