Walked in and I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and a "Welcome to PetSmart". I made my way to the refrigerated fresh pet food section. They were well stocked with what I needed. Then I made my way to the wellness section to get my dog her Glandex and hemp supplement. This area of the store was also well stocked. At check out I picked up a little toy for $3.99. My dog wouldn't forgive me if I didn't come out with something for her. Lol. Check out was smooth and it didn't break the bank. My husband may beg to differ!!

They are out of control with pricing. I have two Boston terriers. I got a bath and nails clipped $85.00. That is outrageous they don't need their haircut or blow-dry.

I went there 2 days ago to get some fish and an aquarium, when i got there i was explained by the manager that i need to get the aquarium set up and running for 48 hours before i introduce the fish so the bacteria starter can clean the water, no problem i figured. well i came back 2 days later to get my fish, i walked to the aquarium section and spoke to one of the worker's about the fish i was wanting. i explained how i was there 2 days ago and how i got the tank set up and everything, well i if i could give that empolyee a 5 star rating i would for her honesty, she explained how i would need at least 4-5 days for the bacteria cleaner to be cleared. now this is what really grinded my gears, i explaned to her that the manger said 48 hours, her exact words where "yea, thats what we're suppose to tell everyone" and that should could sell them to me but there's a chance they would die. now that tell's me 1. petsmart don't actually care about the animal's they sell, and 2. they well tell you anything just to sale you a pet. i think i'll take my business elsewhere.

It's a standard petsmart. Prices for items are a bit higher than some other stores I've been to, and the isle signs are wrong, but the store is clean and the employees are generally knowledgeable.
