I am so disgusted with the treatment I received from this man. Let's set aside how rude and disrespectful he treated me when I brought my car back because because not only did he not do what we had discussed but he overcharged me on oil parts and labor. The kicker of it all is that I got my car back with bigger problems then I brought it to him with. I no longer have a working speedometer or gas gage, every single light on my dash is on and neither my trunk or gas lid will open with the buttons. He refused to let me bring it back immediately said he was to busy that he'd call when he could fit me in my situation wasn't priority. Then when the issue he was paid to repair the oil pressure sensor he finally agreed to let me bring it in. I got a rental van and took it to him he came out and refused to even do anything about it. Said find a new mechanic. This man charged me 2200 and my car is now worse then when I took it to him. I'm reporting him and I would highly suggest taking your car somewhere else. He took three weeks to do the damage to my car as well. He's not efficient or affordable and he's a very rude man.

Steve Wheeler Automotive was referred to me by a stranger that was unable to repair my Mercedes-Benz ML320. During my conversation with Mr Wheeler, he spoke highly of his relationship with his church. Personally I felt that was the most important aspect of settling in a new State. Within a couple of visits to the church, as well as becoming acquainted with Mrs Wheeler as well as women of the congregation, Mrs Wheeler BEGAN constantly imposing herself in my personal business and every aspect of it. (I am 74 years old, extremely handicapped, CHF patient and depressed due to my son who is terminal.. I came to help him following his imploring me to come. I had not seen him in 38 years. He was absconded at the age of 4.)On a Saturday the pastor's wife, Mr. & Mrs. Wheeler determined he should come to my RV site to work on my vehicle. WITHOUT CONSULTING ME! I was informed that morning of his anticipated arrival. I was too ill and aggravated to appreciate the impositions.She had shown up at my home without provocation before 7:30 am wandering around the property! Then she called me at another time before 7:00am to debate my doctor appointment a month away ! I couldn't deal with this situation anymore. A verbal altercation ensued. She sent me a text message saying, "SATAN COME OUT OF SHIRLEY!!!). Following these issues, as well as others, I pled with the Pastor of CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP CHURCH, MARK, HIS WIFE PATTY AND ANOTHER LADY TO PASTOR IMPLEMENT CHRISTIAN DOCTRINE IN HOPES OF BRINGING PROPER CARE TO WHAT WAS AN EXCRUCIATING EXPERIENCE FOR ME. (I'M DEVOUT SINCE AGE 21, BUT RECEIVED CHRIST AT AGE 12!). STEVE WHEELER STEPPED IN AND INSISTED I BE OSTERCISED... IMMEDIATELY I WAS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF A MECHANIC HE IS BECAUSE I WOULD NOT LET HIM WORK ON MY VEHICLE AT THE PROPERTY OF RESPECTED RV CAMPGROUND IN LAKE CITY.. BUT I IMPLORE YOU EXTREMELY MUCH TO BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT ALLOWING HIS WIFE TO DRIVE YOU ANYWHERE. SHE MIGHT DETERMINE YOU HAVE DEMONS ALSO WHEN YOU DON'T WANT TO ALLOW HER TO RAM ROD YOUR LIFE AND TAKE OVER EVERY ASPECT OF IT.NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD SUCH AS UNUSUALLY STRANGE, ESPECIALLY WHEN I NEEDED MY CHRISTIAN FAMILY MORE THAN ANY OTHER TIME IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

My Audi broke down on 175S I called Steve from the HWY driving alone from Canada. It was close to after hours and he agreed to have my Audi towed and look at it same day ❤️ this amazing person stayed open fixed and test drove my car to ensure it was safe to continue my drive to Naples. Thank you to Steve and his beautiful wife for simply being wonderful caring people.

I've been taking our European cars to Steve Wheeler now for the better part of a year and can say one thing: I wish I had done so sooner. If you are looking for an honest Euro-car specialist who does good work and who does not overcharge for it, this is your specialist. I've been to the nicest dealerships and sipped their Starbucks while I waited in their high back leather chairs and been treated like royalty. I was charged like I was royalty too. Steve is not cheap, but he knows his stuff and does good and reliable work that he stands behind. Thank you Steve.

Let me start with - I have found my lifelong mechanic for my 1979 Mercedes Benz 450SL.
Steve was wonderful!! He is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!
I brought my Benz to him to fix anything that needed fixing. He went over the entire car and did just that - at a reasonable price ! He explained everything that he did, why he did it and how. I am thoroughly pleased with him and his shop. If you have a European car I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you call Steve .
