Employees were considerate and helpful. They fixed my pc promptly of a simple problem. They did charge me 3x what the part they installed on my pc from what it sold for at Walmart or Amazon .

They sold me a downgraded laptop with broken keys and a dead battery for the price they found the exact same model (but factory conditions, not downgraded) on eBay. Is this how they conduct business? Just wow.

My visually impaired brother somehow locked himself out of his phone and it required a reset. Great same day service. Big shoutout to Matthew who had lots of Accessibility tips to minimize the chances of this happening again. He was warm, kind, and helpful. A++

I normally wouldn't post negative reviews but this really irked me. I called in to ask about having my laptops key caps changed out bc a couple of them broke. I asked if they could do that for me and the guy on the phone said no bc they would just have to replace the whole keyboard instead of just the keys to which I replied the keyboard works fine I just need the caps changed out. The guy insisted on replacing the whole keyboard stating there's more to it than replacing the keys bc of the little plastic pieces that hold the keys on. Replacing key caps does not constitute me paying 150$ for a new keyboard for my specific laptop plus whatever labor they would charge to install it. I'd have much rather him say we don't do that than him trying to rip me off by replacing a part needlessly.

I have a laptop computer that was not running correctly. . Could not figure out what it was. I thought I needed to upgrade the RAM. Come to find out the power cord I had barely had the voltage to power the laptop. Much less charge the back.I've used this laptop for the last year at at least, thanking the battery is fried. Come to find out all I needed was a 50 volt charger instead of a 30. The performance of my computer is lightning fast now
