I asked the lady who was at the checkout about the restroom, she looked at me and said -get out the border-, what a disgusting person and I really hope that God blesses you.??

Pump sendt me to the attendant when I tried to pay with credit card rather than debit, attendant seemed upset to have to run the charge, and the bathroom was out of order. Go to any gas station down the road, there's a lot of them around here.

No security tape on the CC reader. Terrible asphalt. Sayonara.
Edit: Much improved. Repaved. New pumps that accept cards Cleaner than before. Corporate must have been listening.

No longer a shell. Clerk stated station has no brand. There is another shell on the opposite side of the highway about 1/2 mile away. Grounds, pumps and store in very bad shape.

Many of the pumps were out of order. And they were not accepting credit cards during the time that I was there. And to tap it off, they were unable to provide a receipt for the fuel I bought. The reason they are three stars and not one star is because they were open and it was easy access off the highway. I'm also hoping that the problems that they had during my stop are only temporary.

This place is always overpriced and does not honor rewards! Avoid this place. Across the highway is always way cheaper

Traveled thru FL from AL, all the gas prices in the state of FL seemed to range from 3.34 to 3.49. BUT the gas prices at this Lake City exit were 3.89. The actual gas station was clean and the employee at the counter very nice, efficient and friendly. 2 candy bars cost me 4.89 which was also higher than normal.

I use shell fuel quite often because of the Shell Rewards program.This station is on the needs a remodel stage. Pumps quite old, and no pay at the pump options. One has to go inside an guess how much fuel you might need to fill your tank. Inside the CS service area, also needs to be updated desperately! The lady at the counter has possibly had a very busy perhaps a bad day, and could have used some extra assistance. The driveway and the approach, entering and exiting are full of pot holes, and gravel. The station is located in a heavy traffic, and leaving quickly, while dodging pot holes is not possible returning to the main street. Be extra careful of the heavy traffic!

Convenient location. I usually pick Shell gas. Staff was polite and helpful. Bathroom was clean. They do not have Little Debbie snacks so that was a disappointment. Be careful the parking lot has tons of pot holes. FIX THE CONCRETE. It would be a great store.

Besides the parking lot needing work, the store was very nice and clean. Bathrooms were cleaner than I have seen most inside store ones. The cashier Julia was very sweet and had an amazing customer service. Very friendly and willing to help. Pumps could use an upgrade but overall it was a good experience. Will come back.

Unable to use a credit card unless I enter my cell phone number! No sanitizers at gas station pump! No fuel gloves either! No point in stopping here :-(

Parking lot looks like a war zone—more pothole than surface. Old pumps with bad displays. Dirty restroom. Plenty of better places nearby to buy gas.
