“I've only had my storage unit for a month so my only contact with any staff is limited to the phone conversation when I got the unit. I must say though, it was a pleasant experience. Very nice, respectful and even continued the process after regular hours. Not sure on their numbering system though. It doesn't run consecutive, nor an odd/even scheme. Kinda threw me off trying to find my storage unit. So far, so good though. I don't foresee any problems that would arise. Definitely would recommend these guys.”

“This facility is right in the middle of westside Lake City neighborhoods and makes local storage quick and easy.We got in and out with our Moving America truck and trailer smoothly even though it's 42' long! You should definitely be able to get a good unit and access the storage with ease.They even have several cameras on the building to keep an eye on the property. And best of all the fence has barbed wire to keep your things safe.”
“Great location for good prices & Barbara is amazing anytime I needed last minute adjustments or changes on my unit she worked with me, she is so helpful & she makes renting there that much better I would highly recommend this storage to anyone.”
“Always very friendly staff here when I show up, even if it's 5 minutes before closing. This location is a little different from other Lake City Mini Storage sites. This location doesn't have a lot of parking or roadways for moving trucks but they do happen to have a loading dock if you need one! Overall, good company with a lot of options available for storage if they're not sold out!”
