Went to the dealership at noon, and met Nathan Rodriguez (Internet Leader), and was introduced to Dallas Humphries (Product Specialist), who became my salesperson. He got all of my information, sent it through with my requests and intended trade in (2002 Jeep Liberty) and down-payment. In a few hours (with a score below the desired number), I was approved for a 2020 Nissan Murano...Dallas was super informative, honest and friendly through the whole process. I even met Kinsley Legere (Service Advisor)...The whole staff really made me feel relaxed and not pressured. Recommended!

My mother has been a little confused for a while she has actually got Lost a few times coming home from town. She is very easily confused.she went in to get her truck serviced. When she got there they talked her in to trading her truck for a truck with a double the mileage she had a four-door half paid for they put her in a two door took her payments up to $705 a month. She only gets 800 a month on a fixed income. She said that she kept telling the salesman she could not Pay that much but he kept telling her she could that the gas she would save in the little truck would pay for itself. She Called me after she left a lot crying telling me what happened I told her to take the truck back they would not even talk to her. All the people that were so nice would not even acknowledge that she was on the lot. On top of that the truck is junk will not start half the time windows will not work except when they want to. My stepfather has health issues and has had to be rushed to the hospital she has had to wake her neighbor at 2 AM to borrow a vehicle to get him to the hospital. These people are very unethical!!!!

IF IT WERE POSSIBLE TO GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Where to begin? My husband and I have purchased many cars from various dealers around the area and I can say I have NEVER experienced something like this. From the second we walked on to the lot we were passed Around like a hot potato as soon as someone would start they would pass us to the next not even letting us look at a single car. They immediately wanted to run credit and start paperwork before we even knew if there was a vehicle we wanted. On multiple occasions we would start to walk out to atleast LOOK at a vehicle and we would get sat back down to process MORE paperwork. We had the displeasure of working with a closer named Phil from the beginning his tone and attitude was something I wouldn't send my worst enemy too. We were told if we followed specific steps we would be into a vehicle day of after follow steps exactly we were still told there was more that needed to be done. We needed a co signer Phil insisted that our co-signer be the leader on the paper work and put it all in his name after saying no MULTIPLE times he did it anyway without our knowledge!! Then we were also told by Phil that we could leave a personal check for the down payment to be run so we did! A week later we get a call that the check wouldn't work because it CANT be a personal check (even though that is what we were told) and we would have to give our debit number OVER THE PHONE while they still held on to our check. Obviously my husband and I said absolutely not so we had to make another HOUR TRIP back out to the dealership so we could give them cash and take back our check. There is ALOT more that I could say about this experience and none of it is good but those are just the key points.

!BUYER BEWARE! This does not reflect all the hard work put in by the majority of employees here, but there is a management problem and there are too many dealers, too many cars out there to risk such a major decision on individuals that absolutely just do not care. I was sold a used car without an Engine Air Filter. Shame on me for not checking, got it. I thought that dealers would look over a vehicle before selling. My cars service interval is 10000 miles. Imagine your car without an engine air filter driving through harsh conditions, both gravel and dirt, for that distance. I took it in for its first service and that's when they told me. They didn't have one again so sent my car back on the road without a filter and told me to come back the next day. Now imagine the head mechanic telling you that it's OK. I am no longer interested in these individuals touching my car, if you can't get the air filter correct I doubt you paid attention during lug nut day. I asked if an oil analysis was done after they found out. Blank stare. I asked that we send it to another dealer associated with the morgan auto group to bore scope the cylinders to see if any damages occurred. He said he wouldnt be able to tell if scaring happened to my cylinder walls before or after. Fair enough, shouldn't matter but ok. I asked him to put it in writing, he wrote it so vague that it probably voided my warranty. Did not come close to saying that they were at fault at all. Last ditch effort I asked if I was charged an inspection fee before I purchased and if it could be refunded. Definitely wasn't happening. Last question, can you tell me that the life expectancy for my car is the same as before you forgot the air filter. Blank stare then diversion tactic to something along the lines of, "I don't ever recommending tearing a motor apart unless needed." Some type of deflection training they must go through. Went home told my wife that I messed up going there and pretty much nothing I can do. My wife being the Saint that she is decided to go and possibly ask for these things in a softer manner. She wound up being yelled at with my 4 yr old son cowering behind her by the extra macho GM. As he walked past her he said, "KEEP SMILING," in a very threatening tone. Mr GM, she is going to keep smiling. That's all we can do when we try our best to do right by others but it's not reciprocated on your part. Mr GM what were you gonna do if she kept smiling?! Tough one that guy is. Read through these negative reviews. There is a pattern of misconduct here that needs to be addressed. The individual that's going to comment under this was also reached out to, she did nothing. What would you do?

terrible dealer and ripping off people. his used cars have many issues even if he shows you a good carfax report. the car I bought from him broke three times in first three weeks from date of the purchase. contact the dealer if he could refund the repair cost and he refused. later that week found out the 3 doors don't lock from a remote or button due to bad actuators parts. this is a safety hazard specifically if you have kids. be aware from the digital screen at the finance office that's where the scam occurred. they don't tell you or show you that the car sold to you as is and yet apply your signature on as is digital page. also found out he put blended oil instead of full synthetic as recommend by the manufacture.

I will never do business with this place again I hate them with a passion day sold me a 2017 Nissan versa that has 100 and something thousand miles on it I am bringing it back less than 24 hours because it was a rolling death trap I made a bad review on here once before, but they convinced me to change it because they promised they would make things right with me they showed me another vehicle they even sent me the pictures of the vehicle he said I can go down there to look and sign for this new vehicle. Turns out it even want me going down there to do that instead I ended up feeling embarrassed in front of other customers in there they they wanted me to think they wanted to make things right but at the end of the day they didn't want to make things, right that I actually realize they think of me as a joke tell me that they would have something by the end of the week and that they would call me and they never did they don't care about their customers only thing they care about is making money because they know they can go home in their nice vehicles to their nice homes. When someone like me can suffer this Nissan is the worst place for you to be by your view because even if they do mess up, they don't make it right with you.

I would not suggest buying from this dealership. They will sell unsafe vehicles, and lie strait to your face about everything. this place has crooks working there. We bought a 2020 Toyota Tacoma that had a lot and bigger tires and rims on it. First we just stopped in to look at the truck. They had a big sale where a traveling sales team was there and told us without running our credit they could tell us if we could get approved. So my husband and I both said ok as long as you're not running our credit , long story short they came back and told us we were financed and approved with a great well known credit union. ( they lied ). Said the truck had new tires ( it didn't ) When e test drive the truck the sales man ( I think his name was Richard ) didn't want us to drive it faster when we wanted to and said the cops where bad around there. I could go on and on with this story with all the bs they put us through telling us it was a done deal when we took the truck back the next morning ( the deal was not done ) THESE PEOPLE ARE LIERS AND CROOKS. They said they would fix the problem with the tires and unsafe driving issue. When the papers were done they wouldn't do anything. (We should of never signed until it was resolved). We live and learn. They would never give us the price of the truck when we kept asking they kept telling us someone was getting it for us. Then we found the truck advertised for about ten thousand dollars less. we did make them re do everything got that price. Not so the sudden they will take the truck back if we don't want it. Crooks and liers!!!!! Do not buy from these people.

This is a long story, but I will try and keep it short. I wanted to buy a new 2022 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X from this dealer due to the dealer in my area not having this truck in stock. My local dealer in AL tried in instigate a "dealer trade", but Rountree Moore (RM) Nissan was not interested since the dealers could not come to terms. That's fine; however RM stated that they would price-match the deal that my dealer was going to offer me should the dealer trade have gone through. I then received a price quote from RM, but then I returned to them the price quote from my dealer which was less. I followed RM's requests and did not haggle. They then ran a credit check, which I authorized, thinking the new/lower price would be applicable. Later that day, they stated they couldn't do the deal that my dealer sent them after saying they would. Price was still well over MSRP by around $1500 after "add-ons". They still declined. I spoke to the GM Robert Gordon, and he apologized for his staff saying they would price-match since that is not their policy. He offered $1000 off his original price, but that still put me $2000 away from my target price so I had to decline. It wouldn't have been such a bad experience had they not put an unneeded "ding" on my credit report, but the lying about price-matching just left me scratching my head. They tried to deny it originally; however, why ask for my dealer's price quote if they weren't going to match it. Be that as it may, I found another dealer in IL (Wood River) that had the same truck with more options, and cost less. Feel free to buy from this dealer, but be careful of poor sales tactics.

Bought a 2016 Altima from them used car was great until the transmission messed up and it had to be repaired (which nissan had a class action lawsuit against them for failing transmissions around 50k-75k miles) had it towed to the dealership, which I had to pay for then had to put the deposit down on the rental which from my understanding EVERYTHING was supposed to be covered by Nissan. Got the car back a few days later and the A/C Compressor got a small puncture in it so my A/C isn't cold and when I reported the case to the dealership they informed me that I would have to pay for THEIR mistake out of pocket. The buying experience was great which is why I'm giving 2 stars the mechanical side of the shop is sh**. They don't want to own up to mistakes and don't want to satisfy the customer. I don't even let them change my oil or brakes cause if they carelessly damaged my A/C compressor what'll happen next? No thank you I'll take my maintenance somewhere else. I'll never get another Nissan after the poor service from the service department I'd rather buy a old beat up run down ford in poor condition then deal with their service department, and I hate fords

My parents were promised a finders fee if I purchased a vehicle after my parents had made a deal with Andrew. I received numerous email contacts with him and the check was already in the mail, needless to say 6 weeks later that check has not arrived and now he doesn't respond to emails or calls. Very disappointed. Not to mention, they told him exactly why they needed to trade a full size truck for a low riding vehicle and he sold them a Murano. When the elderly person was not able to get into the vehicle they returned to the dealership and was told they could pick a different vehicle on the lot that would work but the payments were $200/$400 more per month and that was completely outside of their budget, just over all completely feel that he took advantage of them when they were trying to make things easier on my grandmother and her travels not harder.....

I had a serious complaint about Roundtree Moore Nissan, that immediately made it to the brand new manager, Mr. Ashley Carter. In very quick time, Mr. Carter reached out to me, and heard my complaint. He assured me, that the complaint was valid, and something that he did not like seeing in his new shop, and he would take care of it. And he did just that. All parties are left happy. I had written off Roundtree Nissan, but with Mr. Carter in charge, I am indeed changing my review, and giving them another chance. There's a new sheriff in town...

We went to Rountree Nissan today to return our lease vehicle with no intentions of getting another car. However that changed when we were chatting with salesman Andrew on our way out. It's no wonder he is salesman of the year 2017-18. He has perfect people skill. He somehow convinced us to get another vehicle and if the right price. My husband the haggler got the payment he wanted. Thank you Bill and Andrew I am very happy with my new car.

My daughter brought her car b/c she had to replace a CVT cooler kit, she was given one price then when we picked up the car we were charged another price. The staff was friendly but if you give a customer a price for a job it should be the final price. Not cool to be changing the price after the fact. No one appreciates a sneaky dealer.
