Danielle Thomas was great! I left my truck in the morning, i was unable to pick it up at the pre determined time. She communicated with me until I was able to have someone get it.. Great service!!!!!

The people at Rountree Moore Ford in Lake City are my kind of folks. The sales staff are normal people. I would definitely do business with them again. Kyle was a great salesman. If you dread talking to car sales man than you might want to give them a try.

I’m disgusted with how I’ve been treated here. Bought an F-150 Limited truck here; 2 years later I’m nobody to the service department. Had a long conversation with the Service Mgr Chad who made me feel lower than anyone ever has. He thinks I should have Dealer Loyalty. Ha, that’s corruption for you. How about Customer Loyalty! When I find a dealer who wants my total business from sales to service then I’ll be a repeat buyer. I have not found this dealer that would cause me to be loyal!! I’m buying a new car for my wife by Labor Day-guess where I’m not driving to again?

I was visiting from TN and had issues with my truck. Dana took great care and as fast as possible to get my truck repaired and returned to me. The only thing that really kills the review is FORD as a whole do not provide loaner cars like they use to. If somthing is wrong with your vehicle you better have a 2nd one lined up or afford a rental vehicle along with your payment on you car. I think it’s outrageous.

Levi our sales person was very nice, as was Julian the finance rep. Communication was great before and during the sale. After we left the dealership, I had some questions regarding the extended warranty we purchased and the communication stopped. That was disappointing, to say the least.

Rountree Moore Lincoln staff is AWESOME. The staff member that I spoke to on the phone and in person was Ms. Anna, she was courteous, patient and professional during the entire process. She allowed me the opportunity to voice my concern and my experience that I had with another Lincoln dealer in Miami. When I was called to pick up my vehicle at Rountree Lincoln, I was very skeptical about whether they had fixed the problem or not. My vehicle drove and braked much better, my concerns and problem was fixed. Thanks to Ms. Anna at the supervisor and the service technician at Rountree Moore Lincoln. We loved the woman who gave us a courtesy ride home. THANK YOU TO ALLOF YOU?????

Let me tell you. I use to love the group at this service department but ever since this last manager came on start on 2024 the whole place has gone to the bottom of hell. You walk in and the employees are totally miserable looking now and there’s so much lack of communication. I’m very highly disappointed in your management team. Has totally ruined my experience coming there. I’ll now be taking my truck outta town till you get your service department back to where it use to be.

If I could give a zero I would, my car has been in their shop for over a week and every time I call they continue to tell me tomorrow, not once did they offer an type of transport help. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand they have more than one car to work on but don’t lie to a customer.

Danielle Thomas was exceptional as always. When I brought the EcoSport in for a previous service, another service technician told me all my maintenance warranty services were used. Danielle found that information was in error and that I still had two left. Kudos to Danielle.
One item I discussed with Danielle, and I understand it is corporate policy, but sending me a video recommending service when the car is out of the shop seems short-sighted. In olden times, the service tech discussed the recommended items while the car was still in the shop so if I wanted those issues corrected before I left, it could be done. Danielle offered to take the car back into the shop, but I just started a list so the next time I can just self-report.

Highly recommend not doing service. They seem to like to give a problem every time and like to make excuses of why they cant give you your keys when the service advisor dont give you a time to pick up your truck by. Never again will i do business here.
