The room we were in was disgusting. It looked like the only thing they cleaned was changing the sheets and vacuuming. The room smelled like mildew, the toilet seat had visible debris on it, and the sink countertop was nasty as well. The room also stated queen sized beds, but they were more like full size. Hot water also ran out within 10 minutes. But the staff was friendly and the location was good. Close to interstate and walking distance to food/gas.

We have been using these rooms for the last two years at least ever other week or third week. We have always found that all the rooms are clean and updated and the front staff is very friendly and helps us with anything that we need and the rooms we are just very happy, when I make the phone call, they handle everything for us when my crew gets there. Everything is ready for them to check in thank y’all very much for PeacockPoultry.
Rooms: All of our rooms are always clean and housekeeping always assist us in anything that we need extra
Nearby activities: Local convenience, stores, and local restaurants, nearby and easy access to I 75
Safety: Motel manager walks around several times a day checking on clients making sure everything is good
Walkability: Local food places
Food & drinks: Great food places within walking distance

Me and my family stayed at this motel the beginning of March 2024 for only one night the room was clean and had zero complaints we didn't have to pay a deposit we come back 2 weeks later thinking we would have the same experience we was wrong we stayed on the other side of the motel this time we had to pay a deposit the first room we walked into the room was full of sheets and blankets on the beds so we switched to the room next to it the tub was dirty the sink was dirty from someone shaving the stand had a plastic bag holding the doors shut and the ac didn't work we even complained about it and the maintenance man said it was normal it definitely didn't work properly we just wanted to go to bed after driving all day after checking out the lady had to come inspect the room and was questioning my wife about the plastic bag holding the doors shut we just wanted our 50 dollars so we can leave I would definitely not recommend this place and would personally not return

It's a good value place to stay
1 night and go on your way it's perfect. If you are planning on spending a few days find another spot. The location is good but you have way better options. Pay the extra $20 for a way better time. The toilet wobbled and the bathroom spelled. But I also had my family so the place didn't have activities or a pool to bring them to. So passing through it's awesome. Saying find another place.

Cleanliness was lacking, there was toothpaste in the sink and there was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. After only going Barefoot on their carpet my feet left black footprints in the bottom of the shower when I got in. Pretty basic not much for extras no blow dryer. Some Little Debbie's packages for breakfast.

Was so tired and they allowed me an early check in. The Manager recommended the best restaurants close by. He was very nice and had a great sense of humor. Will stay again.

This property allowed a local to make a fraudulent reservation without checking ID or alerting me of the reservation until after the scammer had checked in. The property then told me there was nothing they could do and seemingly did not care. More care should be given to who is checking in and occupying the rooms in this property.

Absolutely the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. I have many pictures to prove that. Hair in the bed and on the pillows, pubic hair in the bath tub, pee on the walls in the bathroom, someone's acrylic fingernail in the bed, the air conditioner was off and almost 100 degrees in the room until we serviced it ourselves. White stains on the blanket, blood drool and hair on the pillowcases. Need I say more? At checkout the lady was so rude she didn't care about any of the problems and made that very clear.

After losing my home in Fort Meyers Bch,Fl....I was luck enough to find a wonder friendly place at Rodeway Inn on 205 se Comercre Dr in Lake City,Fl .
The Staff was wonderful & very helpful..I would highly recommend this place & would stay there again after almost 3 Months there....ask for Alan & Lisa...

It was ok?… there was a cockroach and bugs in the bathroom also there is no eating area to eat at so u don’t really recommend it…
