This is the most efficient system with friendly people who seem to love their jobs! Great model for customer service.
Lashawn is the first person to brainstorm I needed a smaller needle and I really appreciate that insight. Spent years having painful " fishing" but this was painless and fast.

Monica gets 5 stars. She came to my rescue when the first lady couldn’t find my vein. She put the needle in and moved it around which was somewhat unpleasant. Then she took it out and put it in again. Still no luck. I’m expecting a bruise tomorrow. Monica was great. She is a nice person and very good at her job. She should be Employee of the Week (or month if they do it that way).

I did not have an appointment, so I registered as a walk-in. The computer said it would be an hour, yet they called me back within three minutes of registering! Yay! As for my experience after check-in, Kim was my phlebotomist and was very kind and considerate, as well as very professional. I also had interactions with other members of this team in Lake City, they were ALL very friendly, especially Monica. I would highly recommend this branch of Quest labs for your testing needs!

I recently visited this location and had a great experience. The check in process was smooth, the staff was friendly and helpful. I was taken care of by Monica and she was 10/10!! She held great conversation, was kind, skills were 10/10 and soo efficient. I was in and out.

Check in went without problem, wait in the waiting room was short, I was called back before my actual appointment time, and the attendant [Monica] did a real good job with paper work and doing the test.
