The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Clean store, everything is always in stock.
My parent-in-laws bring their dog to get groomed and cut and is always pleased with it.

Alexandria is awesome. She spent lots of time telling us everything we should know about koi fish and koi ponds. She's sounds very knowledgeable and posesses excellent customer service qualities. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because I wish they had more products!

Good service, staff are very kind, and most animals are well taken care of, however cages for larger parrots are slightly dirty and are also kept with items that could potentially harm or be fatal to the birds if they're ingested such as plastic toys or the fabric huts which could also cause hormonal issues with the bird
